  1. ok people ive seen an air/fuel gauge that i want, only thing is that it says you need to wire to the oxygen sensor. i believe this is near the cat but your suppose to wire it to this via the wiring loom????

    anyone fitted one?

  2. was you in a black sr mate. as i was paying i saw one come in. was an alright day. did you see that mug smash up his own skyline trying to get the best lap around the ring. he was gutted.

didn't get chance to clean it so it was not looking too good. i kinda like the sticker on front but i know its not to everybodys taste.

  3. sounds spot on to me joz. theres no better sound than 45mph in second with induction kit and jap can (wouldn't know about with mani). but 110 in 4th. il have to take your word for it as i never fancy taking it this far. tacho with shift light is cool. ive set mine at 3200rpm for it come on cuz its nice to see the light stay on for a while, while revs get up and engines screaming. hit rev limiter once in first when i needed to get out the way. this was about 25ish mph but didnt see revs as i was to busy looking at the driver behind to make sure he didnt hit me.

  4. they are not standard mirrors otherwise it would be easy. they are k6 mirrors.

its the mirror head that they cant spray because they cant spray the bit in the alcove as they dont have an angle to get at. its hard to explain unless you can see it upclose. when you remove it off the base plate the mirror is still in two peices. its these two that need to be taken apart.

i like the way your mirrors are sprayed sicaln.

  5. thanks for the comments. let us see the wheels when you get them on the civic mate. my bro has a eg6 civic and wants some jdm style rims.

i do want my mirrors colour coded but everyone tells me they cant do them unless i can complely dismantle them myself. and i cant figure it out as they are spring loaded inside. no screws or anything just springs dont want to pull just incase i break em. its because they cant spray the inside the hole where the mirror meets the base plate.

  6. my other hobbies are nearly all sport related, i go to the gym alot and my main sports are football and boxing. i spend the rest of my time sampling the notts nightlife (getting pissed!)

very nice horses but dont you think painting them is a bit cruel. ha ha. nice photos.

  7. i know what you mean sparky, i dont like that either and was planning on moving the rad to the left to allow a better route avoiding the mani. its not as close to it as it looks in the pic and ive checked the the pipe doesnt heat up at all. i dont like the look of the pipe either but i dont have bonnet open much so its performance over looks for me.

i agree the old one looked better though mate.

  8. cheers mate. the lip is lime green, crazy i know but when you see it they look good and ive never seen it done before.

will get some good pics soon, cuz i aint done any arty ones yet.

as for the airfilter ive been reading alot about it and this seems to tick all the boxes. its heat shelded, small filter and has a large direct cold air feed. to be honest it sounds awsome and there seems to be beter response lower down the revs.

and the air filter. the over sized pipe is a wee bit extreme but it does the job well.

what you reckon. the pics arent the best but planning on doing a decent photoshoot soon. maybe at donnington jap show on sat.

  11. hi im keiran and im a starlet addict. now that ive got that out the way heres the story......

it all started when all my mates started loving saxos, corsas, astras and such. i didn't like them as they were all to obvious and common.

one day a saw what i believe was a red sr, lowered on white 14s. i had never seen one modded before and thought it looked cool.

i also wanted a jap motor, was after a civic but couldn't track down a 1.3 barlie or marlin model. so i set my heart on a starlet.

when i showed my mates a starlet they all laughed and thought it had no potential. also they dont understand the concept of thinking out of the box. they just follow the crowd for street cred.

buying a starlet is the best decision ive made and it gets way more attention than any of my mates cars, even though i get the feeling they dont like it. (heard a few comments behind my back). also the transformation is unbelievable.

my next car will be a starlet also.

so theres my story hope you liked it.

  12. what a load of poop

i rev my engine at old ladys crossing in front of me. i guess il be charged with age dicrimination. (not really, only the really slow ones!)

im not a racist either but this is a fucking joke. i had i muslim lady cut me up yesterday cuz she was on her phone but you dont here me saying she sweved at me cuz im white.
