just count the thread between the black ring and the bottom red ring to get them the same, but its basically trial and error for what height to set them at, i just left them as they were heightwise

piece of piss to fit bud, although the front bracket has to be bashed on or stretched slightly to fit over where it bolts to the arm thing. just make sure you tighten up all the things by the spring, the 2 red ones, and the black 1 at the bottom with the c-spanner or you'll get a nasty knocking noise sorry for my not so technical description haha

yeah i suppose. this is such a good topic, because there are so many things that could happen/ could have happened/ have happened that can rip any theory to pieces but i still believe the government is crooked. with the music industry for example, anybody who stands up to the government/media is immediately shut down in series of events. micheal jackson after the 'leave me alone' song DMX was arrested for drugs or whatever, and claimed it was a set up. but there is footage of him going into custody at the police station and the media is already there, how did they know? eminem is another. how many adverts did you hear/see on the radio about the release of eminems album after the song 'not afraid' was released and another good song of eminems is called 25 to life, but the words have to be listened o properly ive got some video links, but they all refer to satan, and religion but if you replace satan with the goverment, thats how i see it
