i may also throw in some of my trademark condescending and humourous remarks just to amuse myself, but be assured, i wont sit here and watch my club manager be insulted when he is working his balls off.

let me state it clearly again, you know where the show is, you want to go, then by all means contact the show's organisers and do the club proud.

but lay off steve, or you'll be asking me to lay off you. steve has plenty to do without organising every single thing every single person wants to go to, the club is growing steadily, we are getting ourselves well known and respected THANKS to the likes of Steve, lets not try sprinting before we can walk. he is also working on technical articles behind the scenes that will be for everyone's benefit, so do not pressume to assume for one minute that he doesnt pull his weight. as steve said, bit of ignorance going on in here and i aint impressed.

cheers lads! yeah it was so odd when Jay and I took her out, esp as i have been driving The Albino Badger Project for around 6 weeks!

as for the new part....its not very exciting in terms of originality....but its exciting to me because i've never had said part before.

i'll keep it under wraps until i have fully paid for it and have it in my hands for a picture, should be in just over a weeks time all being well!

Collected her from Jay today with Mark, Alan and Joel. and she is very much alive again. new handbrake cables make a huge difference from the dead ones!

currently we are bedding the engine in, so its running very little boost on a turbo that jay has...well...killed. so there will be no honda killing for a couple of weeks!!!!!!!!! lol.

plans are to run this engine in until i get my hands on my new part from weejohn, then its straight back to The Vogue for some classic rock and re-fitting of my K1 to get her boosting back where she was around the 0.9 bar mark!!!!!

tbh, i dont give a shit about the 0.4 bar of boost, i'm just so so so happy to have her home. and im happy to just cruise her for a few weeks, because i have her back. simples.

I cant thank Jay and Steve enough for digging me out of a hole. i thought on more than one occasion that maybe she was at the end of her run, but thanks to Jay she is alive and well and back home! so thanks guys!

also, jay has replaced a rear caliper and has also sorted out the creaking rear ARB...its so quiet driving her now! its great! like a different car!

alan very kindly used his last quarter tank of race fuel to take me out in this tonight.

never, EVER, have i been in a car SO rapid. i think i soiled myself from every possible orifice! simply breath taking. staggering.

not only is it SILLY rapid, but when the NOS comes on, its like nothing i've ever sat in, and that includes the Hyabusa Westfields i've been in. it throws u into the seat! simply unreal!

and a true credit to Alan's perseverance and determination.
