  1. this is the bitchiest car of all the times in the world yes!!!!!!!! car is goin well with the decat, although we couldnt get it braced to the block for some reason which is a tad odd for an SPS part to be awkward. we are having suspension issues, the Potenzas appear to have decided they dont want to play anymore, so we will be retrieving the stock units from Jay ASAP and then lookin for a simple set of lowering springs instead. so we didnt get that fixed tonight. then, when plumbing in catch can, the PCV valve shattered like a straight mans anus in an american prison POOW!!!!!! f**ked. so now the bitch cant be moved, truly wonderful. its a good job Mark's new bike is here for him to amuse himself with or this thing would have been burnt out by now for being an awkward whore. so, we didnt get the catch can done tonight either. finally, i have fitted a set of white Jayz Garage decals to the rear quarter windows, and i am pleased to say that went smoothly - halleF**KINllujah! so, new PCV valve required and the catchcan can be finished, and stock suspension back on and that'll be that sorted. thankfully the boot install is all running smoothly and sounding ubes or i might actually cry! Phil.

  7. @Rick, thanks dude. @Ste - as said, it kinda depends how much u love your NA and how far you have come with it. If u have a genuine attachment to the car and would cringe at the idea of sellin her, then thats your answer. I personally have come to far with this project to just pass it on for a factory turbo, the parts i would loose selling her for a stock or lightly modded V wouldn't bear thinking about...TTE, HRF, TRD, hence why I have gone conversion (although i still want an S15 lol). however, if like a lot of power car guys, its JUST a car and you're not really that bothered about the individual car but more concerned with the grunt, then selling and buyin a factory turbo is the way for you. also, bear in mind that as a young male, insurance on a conversion will MOST LIKELY be alot more expensive than insuring a factory turbo, hence why SiCaln sold the SR before his conversion and bought his V. do some insurance quotes man, might give you an idea of the best approach for you. if u get a silly nice quote for a V or a GT then that may tempt you away from a conversion. plus, it kinda helps to have someone who REALLY knows what they're doing when it comes to the actual process of conversion, thats why I consider myself VERY fortunate to have Jay and WeeJohn helping me big time! Phil.
  8. that is SO awesome that i have saved half those pics into my EP parts archive for safe keeping!!! awesome choice mate, looks absolutely outstanding!!! looking at the rear, i can kinda see what lewis is talking about. HOWEVER, before u shout at me, i 100% agree that the TTE spoiler should stay, i love the look of the TTE spoiler with the glanza skirts, thats partly why i loved SiCaln's SR so much, its just a great look. late spec or reflet lights would be nice, or even carats, there's no green ones around that I can think of!!!!! have u considered keeping the TTE spoiler but adding a ducktail to it?? in either carbon or paint?? i cant decide which would look best, carbon would go with the lip, but then paint would tie in real nice with the TTE spoiler and help make the carbon lip stand out just that little bit more - just thinking out loud. plus i think i'm the only one with a duckarse on a UK spec bootlid rather than on a glanza bootlid conversion!! so u and I would be the only ones i know of!! Phil.

  15. retire??? bbbbbboooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Phil.
  16. c-pillar bar doesnt make a difference??? well i can assure you that on my car it definately made an improvement in handling of the rear end. rear ARB has made a hell of a difference to my car, as did front and rear struts. I've also got a Zisco c-pillar, your Room Bar, your fender bars and I've an antilift kit on order from Nath. I noticed discernable improvements with each addition, but easily the most significant was the ARB and then the struts. Phil.
