dirty traitor turncoat!!!!! Phil.
-
For my drums and calipers i cleaned them off with a wire brush, then used a decent brush (so the hairs dont come out) and hammerite paint. It wored a treat on my calipers but the drums could do with bein redone, the paint was still damp after 2 days. Apparently usin a sandblaster cleans the drums up REAL nice for paintin....if u know anyone with one, wish i did Phil.

Convertin the parcel shelf light to a fog light wont pass MOT as i was in the process of doin it but have been informed by my MOT centre that they will fail it. The reason bein somethin to do with it being to great a distance ABOVE the rear brake lights...blah blah blah...wot a lot of piss. I've had to buy an ugly square universal job from an autofactors for MOT purposes tha will be bolted thro the 10mm bolt hole in the bottom of the rear bumper. Hopin to have some sort of funky release wirin system hooked up to allow me to take it on and off for MOT or shit weather as i dont wana have

Yeah thats probably the year dude, its the bugged eyed one your after! Apparently they're a gift to fit, Scutch and Geo did their own, but im not so mechanically minded so i have a mechanic do that kinda work for me! Phil.

Its a lot less restrictive than the ukspec one dude, allows the engine to rev alot more freely and takes out the flat spots in the rev range (apparently, mine is goin on next week i hope). Theres dispute over any ACTUAL BHP gains, some think maybe between 2-5bhp at the most, some say none, but it seems to be debatable dude, defo a good upgrade tho from the sounds of things. Phil.
