tonight my pasenger side driveshaft came apart.. it came apart on the joint that is closet to the box..i am just wondering if this has hapend to anyone els and what they done to fix it..sort the old driveshaft? or get a new one? the old one dosnt look in bad shape but as i havnt had the boot apart before i dont no if ther should be a springle in the joint? if i need a new boot-kit whats rufly the prices and best place? if i need a new driveshaft?..whats 2nd hand prices or new prices if you can get? any help is good help thanks.

ok i am jelous or your engine bay

my turbo dosnt whine as much as it did(but then i have a dif turbo now)...but i still get my full boost along with the sound of the b.o.v and the chatter

cant anser your question but i got that lovly sound when i fitted my a/b88 intercooler with a sequential dumpvalve and a front mounted filter

not in a hurry to sel it though lol...

im not in any huryy to sell it yet ...im just gauging interest atm realy. had one guy saying hed pay me more than what im wanting if i can keep it for just over a month so that could be a plan because itl give me time to save

oh sumone found it lol.. going to look for a white gt or save up a bit of extra money and get a glanza v hopefuly so its not all that bad thought.. and sorry i havnt been on here recetnly been to busy driving the car ..it is going brilliant now i must say and with the new turbo its holding alot more boost. stil have to fit my new volt,oil temp and water temp gaiuges . when i get home from colage i willl give the car a good clean,i will get the gauges fitted to and get some new photos up .

couldnt tel you that one thats y i just went through all the fuses lol one by one...takes some time but needed to be done

i no... got a £40 refund and hes sending me a new manifold since the one on the engine has a crack like my old one. i havnt been out 4 proper drive in a while since the car is off the road but last time i seen about 2 ep82s and about 2 glanza's. went up for a bk the nyt and stayd in inverness for ner an hour and never seen any at all

im not in a hurry for it...but wouldnt mind it going by next w.e. need to do a double check over the whole engine to make shure its all good

this hapend to me...would just click when i turnd the key. checked fuses they all seemd ok so i phoned a mate he came over and put a multi metr on the fuses and ther was one gone but i couldnt see it

cheers another 1 hours labour and some oils and it should be going . i couldnt tel you wat piping it is micky..came with the i/c that i bought off of sumone,didnt get it new.

its not going to be one drink its going to be a few lol.. started at about 12 this morning..waited 2hours becasuse one o my mates were going to come help me and take his engine hoist but he never showd so fired on with it myself..quite proud ha cheers phil

was thinking about doing that but then thought it would be to much..i have photos of todays progress . the engine is now in place with everythng atatched.. few things like driveshafts few plugs here and ther gear oil...which one i have to use i dont no? some more engine oil as i ran out lol few pipes in the back of the inlet fill her up with anti freeze and water and fingers crossed . i will try and get the photos up tnyt but im going out for a drink after a hard days work lol thanks for your coments micky,luke and phill.

I think I have got it lined up prety good using one lol..what if it's a 1mm out?

is it just to save f-ing about with aligning the gearbox? say it was 1-2mm off then you put the gearbox on would it corect itself

noticed before you can hear the turbo spooling up or whining alot more on hi...sounds good
