dont see how dave is geting draged into this if the turbo was working fine on a good working engine when he sold it.. dane should be able to prove that the turbo has sat for 9months and done nothing.

stil think a second opinion on the turbo is in order though mate

dan your to kind... but i agree with people that u should defo get a second opinion anyway mate, cant hurt to get one more person to look at it rather than having to pay for an unecesary rebuild

i was gna buy that exact one got warned not to and to buy a second hand one but a beter make like hks,greaddy or apexi.

ive been lookin on ebay ...can get a brand new hdi for £90 del... cant seem to find any beter makes for about that.

u could take the car for a compression test to make sure that the engine is ok

might need to change your radiator to...sum td04 kits will hit your standard rad, civic radiators are normly the best dude
