Sold and gone

It's the quality not the cost that should be thought about. Always see previous examples of their work.

Check all hoses then check em again and again! Or it may be the rubber insert that goes around the turbo intake thats been sucked in. seen that happen before.

Ebay or any of the ports where the cars com in from japan, low grade and damaged cars are often to be had there. These guys are in ireland http://www.euroautosalvage.co.uk/cars.htm,may be worth a road trip with a trailer

You don't buy a turbo car to worry about economy, bit late now anyway since you've bought the car! When it's empty fill it up and stop worrying

It smells crap because you dont use it! Bactreia build up in it if you dont use it and cause the smell. Get a can of stuff from halfrauds or similar to clean it,turn on air con with car running and let the can off.

Aftermarket or standard steering wheel?

You muppet! Bet he laughed his ass off all the way home! Sorry bud but you buy a car in the dark at a petrol station and you expect it to be mint! Thats gonna cost a fortune to fix i expect. Might wanna HPI that one because it's probably nicked or a write off!

Absolute bollocks about one fuel being better than the other, they all come from the same bloody depots! Fresh fuel is more important,a garage that sells a lot of fuel will obviously have fuel thats in better condition. I use tesco in all my recent performance cars with no issues at all.

I would think that'll be a reasonable for that price. A decent one will be around £1500 that'll include under bonnet and door shuts etc,but as it's the same colour those areas probably wont need doing. Make sure you get to see previous work done by them and if possible speak to the owners of the cars done. Also make sure you shop around

Anyone get water jets spraying on their side windows?
paul w replied to Marc's topic in Lifestyle General
Jets just need cleaned and adjusted, pop the rear jet out if you can and give it a blast with compressed air or blow it out with your mouth.
