  1. My front Ksports are leaking, but I dont want to buy the Ksport replacement struts as I believe they will burst again. So my question is, has anyone tried to replace the strut with another brand like Koni? Or has any replaced the seals and rebuilt the strut?

  3. Hi Guys and Girls, I have a 4efte when driving normally or hard, the RPMs sometimes does not drop back down to the idle position. It feels and sounds as though the gas pedal is stuck. It sticks anywhere between 2000 to 5000. When this happens I apply the brakes and put the gear in neutral but the RPM still remain stuck for another 3-7 seconds. It is a very annoying feeling when I am driving but it is very scary knowing this randomly happens especially with my girlfriend drives my car with my daughter as well. When I start the car in the morning it revs at 2000 or 2100 for around 3-5 mins
  4. I am looking to get a Garrett GT28 in the near future with a Link or Microtech ECU. The ECU and dyno is for the ACIS or Equal Length? If the ACIS, yes I know that some in dyno would be required to get the best out of it. , I am in Barbados. But I know now which one you would go for.
  5. Hi Guys, I have both an equal length intake manifold (ELIM) and an ACIS manifold (with all the required accessories). I am trying to decide which one manifold to use. I have seen some of the benefits of the ACIS from reading Hoodey's website but I dont want to count out the ELIM. Any feedback from persons would have used either of the two? Note I am still running a standard CT9 with the standard computer and I have access to a VTEC controller to switch the solenoid. But I will upgrading in the very near future.

  8. Hi Guys, I just want to know what size drill bit (I hope you guys in england call it that) do I need for drilling the hole when installing the bracket and the bolt to the under carriage of the car for the whiteline fixed RARB?
  9. Did anyone use a Hallman Manual Boost Controller? I was thinking of getting a MBC but from what you guys are saying an adjustable actuator is better for the cheap route but the EBC is best.

  13. Great Result Tom with the awesome list of parts and I am loving the all black. One question, why did you chose the Gizzmo MS2 over the usual suspects (Blitz, HKS, Greddy)? How is it in action? I have a gizzmo dual stage shift light; it is awesome and one of my favourite things on my car. Its set up is just different from any shift light that I seen and the LEDs are the brightest. I was thinking about getting the boost controller (MS-IBC or MS2) but I wanted some real people reviews. Thanks Omar

  17. @ Stulet, I am with Nanglebadger on this one, the HID do add the lighting but the alignment is the major issue. I hate to see the HIDs oncoming cars when not aligned properly (pointing down at the road). But thanks for the idea. @DavidAshton - Thanks for the link, I will check those out.
  18. Hi Guys, I have a 1997 Glanza, I don't like the visibility that I get with the present bulbs that I have. I am looking to upgrade them or find some other method to improve the headlights and fogs. Can people tell me what bulbs they are using or any tricks to try? Thanks Omar
  19. Bean, I wish it was my car, lol. However, I didnt know the exact spec as it is closely guarded secret like bore, cams, port & polish but it has GT3071 or GT3076, coil pack, haltech, acis mani, massive TB (if think 3"), equal length exhaust mani, 2.5" - 2.75" intercooler piping, 3" exhaust system, every brace and bar that can fit an EP82. I can tell you that cause those are the parts that I can see lol. It is a monster SR20s, Evos & Sub have been dismissed by it. With the extended rev range, lag is similar to TD04 and he was looking to set the rev limiter at 9000rpm as the engine is
  20. That is good HP figure but there must be a restriction cause the drop off of power after 7200 is massive. I have seen Garrett GT30 on 5e climbing in both torque and hp all the way up to 8500rpm. Very impressive build. Don't go for the bigger turbo just yet fix the restrictions then see what you get. I also believe that ignition system might be a restriction depending on much boost you are looking to run might want to check that too. How much boost did you run to get the 323hp?
  21. Where do you have your rev limiter at, because I would be expecting something past 8000rpm to reduce the boost drop off? I like the different route that you have taken with the car. The huge injectors and turbo were nice purchases and interesting designs for the intake and dual fuel (I might want to know more about this later). Waiting on the dyno sheet cause I want to see the hp and torque curve more than max power. Good luck with the build.
  22. I have read some forums with this topic but no one have completed the discussion. I know the longer runners on the Glanza S intake will give more torque but I would like to know if the performance will be noticeable. In addition, does anyone know exactly what modifications are needed for the intake to work with the turbo engine (sensors, noses etc) Thank
