  1. I might add, the front bar is in perfect condition bar a couple of paint chips and I could get it for $30AUD, so roughly £13.
  2. Yeah I've decided against the bonnet/lights now. Considering just the front bar. Do you think that would be possible, just the front bar?
  3. Cheers mate, I'll see if moving it away helps when I get back home.
  4. You'd be surprised how hard a GT is to find in Australia ;) Especially in my state
  5. Because I think the front end of a 97 EP91 looks terrible. I'd much rather a glanza looking front end but an 82 looks nice too.
  6. I followed the how-to guide to wire up a tacho and had it working perfectly, but it made a very loud noise when I turned on my stereo. I did have it running off my stereo's power but I changed that and it still effected it. I'm not sure if it's because of where i'm pulling the revs signal from (followed the guide) or what. Any ideas of other places I could connect the power/earth/revs wires to behind the dash in an EP91 1997? Cheers!
  7. I have just found a GT hood, EP82 lights and an EP82 front bumper and was wondering how much work would be needed to fit that to my NA EP91 97. I'm hoping it wont take TOO much work? Cheers
  8. Cheers for the feedback guys. I had a play around today and I managed to get the brackets to fit in an odd way and still hold the other black space below it without being screwed together (somehow) and had that fit quite well. Had to adjust the tilt a tiny bit but i'm making progress. Did have to shave parts off the cover that goes around the a/c controls and hazard buttons etc, but nothing major.
  9. My single din flip up headunit, when fitted correctly, folds out and hits the a/c controls above it. I managed to change the angle to which it folds out but in order to see the screen and actually touch it I need it to be straight. Any idea how I can have the HU sit out another inch-2" so that it can fold up perfectly?
  10. So I picked up this soundstream touch screen headunit and have wired it up properly bar one thing, the RCA leads. I have a monoblock which has rca leads running to my 4channel amp, which then has both channels running up to the front of the car which then went into a cable which looks like this >-- so that I could turn two channels and run them both off my old headunit which only had 1RCA preout. This new amp has different coloured cables, two of which are for Line R, Line L. Then there is Line LR, LL, RR and RL. As well as Sub L and Sub R. 8 possible plugs, when I only have 4 coming from
  11. Ah I thought as much. I've pondered on that a while back but it's money that I don't have at the moment haha I was hoping for quick ways to increase bhp etc.
  12. What's that? Yes I know I should know, but i'm still getting a grip on all this stuff haha
  13. So I've had my EP91 for just over a year now and i've been slowly adding to it, but I want it to go faster. I've done the basics, changed the air filter to a K&N filter, got a 2.25" cat-back exhaust and the rest is just cosmetic. What can I do to get some more power out of my girl? Keep in mind, I don't have much money to spend at all (currently between jobs) and I live in Australia. Cheers
  14. My ep91 overheated on the way to work today. The only cause I can think of is the big fan infront of my radiator doesn't spin. It's been this way for a month or two and no temp problems at all. it was fine when going a decent speed as it had cold air blowing on the engine but when idling or going really slow my temp kept slowly going up. Maybe a fuse has gone for the fan? Nothing is blocking it from spinning. Yes my car had coolant in. It's a freezing cold day too with heaps of rain..weird. Please help!
  15. It goes through the trailing arm, through the back of the caliper and now the spring has to be pulled back so it can slot in a little groove. The only thing is, the spring is damn tight and I can only slide it an inch or so and that doesn't seem to be enough to get it back in place. Any ideas?
