The lad who bought it from me sold it to this fella, these lads are building a few of them aswell with 4age 20v engines running Omex ECUs so the cash is needed, abosutly nothing wrong with the car and if I had the money at the min I would buy it back

can you post a pic of it, I might be able to help more then. but I cannot see why it would work on an EP91 shifter and not the 81... The corolla one wont fit. Did you get the selector cables from the G6 box, maybe the ep82 ones are just not long enough

Reverse is right over and you need to trim out a brave amount to engage it, i did it too my first Glanza with no problems at all

What he did lowering your wages is 100% illegal, an employer cannot lower your rate of pay with out first discussing and agreeing it with you! Also you should look through your employment contract (if you have one) and look to see if talking with another member of staff is an act of misconduct or gross misconduct. If it is not mentioned or is not listed with gross misconduct it is not viable grounds for dismissal. If you do report him, I gurantee he will shit himself as the laws have changed on this matter, it is now up to the employer to ensure that the dismissal was fair circumstances! I s

I would class this as unfair dismissal, the guy sacked you for refusing to do a job outside of your job description. Check with your local citizen advice centre but imo its definately unfair dismissal

why not get a used glanza bumper and cut the bottom of it off and have it welded to your bumper

posted this already for ya in another thread Prep: sand the bumper down starting with 180 grit sand paper to take the most of it off, then move to 220 and then to 400 to remove any sanding marks. (Make sure to use wet and dry for the 220 and 400 and use it wet) Make sure to get into all areas and corners of the bumper. Priming: Mix up the primer to hardener to what it says on whichever brand you are using, i tend to use Max Meyer or Upol. Give it a misting coat first and let it dry. Then give it another coat covering more of an area to what you did the first time. Finally give it a coat to c
