It was driven everyday untill it was dropped off for "MOT" BAttery wasn't disconnected because my sterio still had it's settings intact. Everything is fine just not the same as before if you know what i mean. Boost is fine aswell. I allready Emailed Vosa before reading your reply but yea, i need to calm down abit. I don't know what it failed on, but i saw the 2 pages of things if failed by.

i'm not sure, what the actuall millege was. i would have known if my bro didn't drive it but he did. i'll see what i can do through Vosa i know the millege when i gave it to my bro to take to MOT station. but i know he did drive it about (no he did not rag it because he is the one who pays for the cost of repairs, unless it is a mod lol) I know they have driven it there is no doubt. i'll go to Vosa site and check it out. edit i'm pretty sure i had seen the car 2 times while with my mates getting lift from them. but i just thought to my self that i must be missing the starlet lol. i could do, egham isn't far. i might try a friend of ours who does MOTs aswell, and he would have gave it back the same day because he would have worked on it at night etc. but my bro did not agree to that for some reason. However do i have a leg to stand on now if i go and confront the guy who was working on my car? The other thing is the Trip meter was reset, somehow the fuel level went lower and for some reason the high boost button was not pressed in anymore?

Car went for an MOT not so long ago. Today i got to take it to interview at surrey university, i was getting late so on the A3 gave it some beens, it had power reduction after 50mph, yet boosting fine? You can hear the turbo working lovely but the speed is barely increasing. done a shift down and it began going slightly faster?? but still not the same? Gave it to me bro to drive so i can confirm that it wasn't me and he sed yea, deffo power loss after 50mph upto 50 it is fine after that it just "no go" I know the garage i gave it to ragged it, there is oil coming from oem re-circu valve, lots of oil dumped by BOV and oil around 2 bolts of rocker cover! WTF can i do about this? can i legally go and cut there dicks off? fucking wankers I'm thinking of going TD04 what other mods will i have to do in order for the car to run fine? if there is too much shit i need to do, might just find ANOTHER CT9

haha be carefull what you say mate lol, don't want to get your head bitten off! The car does idle funny(rpm go up and down for no reason) all the time for no apperant reason? Also since i got the car back from MOT seems to have a power loss, now i don't know what PSI it is boosting at now because i don't have a gauge yet lol, but feels slower, the speedo doesn't shoot up the same way when under boost lol. but back to topic i would like to give it a clean to see if it does sort the idle problem out. i'm not so bothered about the rpm going up and down, it's just that when it goes down to a certain point, one of the belts begin to squeeck and that just pisses me off, you can't imagine it!

How can i clean my idle control thing, My car doesn't have a steady idle. We have put NGK plugs in when doing the service, and has made the idle a bit steady though still the RPM drops a fair bit when the RAD fan kicks in. Also when idling at lights the RPM go up and down by them self lol Can you tell me how i can tidy the valve up? Pics welcome

about this spray, i think it is just those things you use around pipes to fill the holes around your house, where you spray it then it expands and thats it, i'm thinking this has the same principal where u spray it, and it expands thus slowing the sound waves and stopping them from passing the gunky shit lol

wow man that really is tough. you will have to sleep around i guess till you get a job. It is a UK spec alarm. but now how do i shut the neighbours up, because i come back late almost everyday all the parking is filled up so i have to park next to the path meaning the car is on the road and some cars driving past it. edit - i am not going to walk 4 miles for them.

Thats sad to hear man! presuming you are staying with your mum, i would offer as much help financial help as possible. If need be you may have to sell extra cars if any. you will have to take into account whos name the house is on? or is it rented? If your mum does not work she can apply for job seekers? There are a range of benifits that the council offers i guess?

The sensitivity is not turned up by much it's just the shock sensor, and like yours the vibration of passing cars makes it chirp aswell If you could ask a solicitor would be nice (as long as i don't have to pay fees lol)

I got a cat 1 alarm and when you go near the car i.e near the windows it will chirp chirp chirp. a few of my neighbours have complained about it lol that it keeps them up at night etc. one even said that the "old people will not be able to sleep" (don't know what it is to do with them, wether old people cannot sleep or not is not there problem yet they are bothered?)..for some reason they have complained to my brother not me? but anyhow can any legal action be taken against me for noise pollution or what ever?
