lol @ Rube This thread was destined from the start I dont mind Vauxhall's, old school Astras and Nova's especially, but everywhere you go and there Vauxhall's theres people just syaing "RedTop innit" Far too common for my liking, but thats because its so easy to do and parts are so cheap etc

Sounds like boost creep but sometimes this can throw the EML on before fuel cut. If your saying it spools very quickly as in low revs? Perhaps its running lean ever so slightly? Do a diagnostics test to see what the code is.

As said you wont get 200hp without headwork at least. I made 185hp and185ft/lbs of torque on teh stardard turbo @ 1 bar. For anything over 0.8bar you will need fuel cut removed and fuelling mods to suit. But the best way is to get a piggy back ECU and map it. I have a ported turbo and HKS actuator for sale
