Fitted a zisco c pillar bar too still got lots to do and clean :-)

We gave the engine a good service, new oil and fuel filter, engine oil. Gearbox oil, new coolant.

Fitted my new triple core rad with new yellow hoses

Tuning developments low temp thermo

New stainless steel wepr td04 turbo kit

Tuning developments braided oil and water lines

New magnacore ht leads

Tial wastegate with 0.8 spring

Iridium spark plugs

Tdo4 turbo with 23k miles look new and no play at all

New Toyota gaskets

Big update been busy the past few weeks in the shed for a few hours a night when I get a chance got a lovely list of things I would like to do to the v.

Main thing was source my little oil leak we thought it was the crank seal but when we got the gearbox off and the clutch it was the sump so that was a bonus but did the crank seal anyway as I had the part, we took the sump off and resealed that too so hopefully that cures the little oil leak, fitted a spec 6 puk clutch too as I'm going td04! 1st time I have really done anything to cars and love thinking to myself I did that but my mate was the main man. We got the gearbox back in lovely thank god it was a wee tight fit.

My computer just doesn't like it and my phone won't let me use it either :-( , hmm hopefully in feb properly on the road matey!

Thanks for the offer Liam (top man) . After a bit of heat she came off a treat and she's now fitted to the car :-) I'll have to try get some pictures up on my build thread but photobook never wants to work with me and no one looks on my progress anyway sad times!

im sure it wasn't plugged into anything but I'm connecting my loom back up and there are 3 plugs coming out one of the conjuets, shares it with the lambda sensor and oil pressure plugs can anyone help me :-)

Yup it's deffo the oil return mate but it's facing towards the mani, I guess you have to rotate that too so it's facing the floor?

im sure its the oil return but that should be facing the floor, im struggling with pictures to put on here as my photobook wont work

Just had a nightmare rotating my turbo to miss the oil filter and one of the pipes coming from the housing is wanting to sit where my manifold is any ideas please? Can I cut it down to size or ....

its a td04 and need to rotate her so shes out the way of my oil filter

Not updated this for a while been busy with work, last night my mate came round so we started to do some work on here. Removed my ct9 mani,decat lines ect gearbox and clutch as we thought my crank seal was leaking but that wasn't the problem when we investigated it was the sump so that will be getting taken off tom and cleaned up. Fitted a new spec 6puk clutch while we was down there as hoping to go td04, hopefully get some pics and more updates soon
