I May be interested fairly local to you if your in edinburgh, is the oil light flickering on the dash or do you have a aftermarket oil pressure gauge showing 8psi? I assume the car still runs fine to your knowledge ?? and you mention it has been compression tested?

in my opinion they probabrly call it your fault as you were not at a sufficent stopping distance,but if he was on your side of the road when you hit the front of his car then its his fault id imagine,although it depends how far round his car was i guess.its a hard one because you could end up paying out ,surprised his car isnt wrote off If you have any witnesses then yea you should come out on top but thats just stupidity and rather pointless,i wont comment on saxo drivers... mainly because i still am one

well i think i seen your old car the red glanza v which had uk starlet club on it last year at uni , colin-boostjunkie is in my uni course,so he kinda told me about it thanks all,hopefully will have one this time next year,hopefully soon though
