Where is the car located?

I think I may have found the problem just drained the oil and took the sump off and it was staring me in the face I went a bit crazy with the gasket sealer so it's spewed into the sump and the pick up has sucked it all up so I've cleaned it all off and put it back together not going mental with the gasket sealer. So fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Yeah checked while I had it all off. The car is off the road I'm not driving it until I fix the problem. had Lots of people telling me about this 1mm washer. It's on 5-40 fully. would a 10-40 semi be better ?

Changed the pressure relief valve and that's made a huge difference. Now on start up I'm getting 4 bar but after 15 minutes it's dropping to 7psi at 800rpm. But 3000rpm I'm getting 42 psi . Is this good ? I'm thinking it could be better ?

Does anyone know what the bolts on the bottom of the rods need tightened too. I've been told I'll need a torque wrench

Took the sump off and got the oil pressure relief valve off so going to take it to Toyota and get a new one so here's hoping this is the problem

So just put the oil pressure testing kit on to see if it was the gauge that's knackerd. It's went from bad to worse. Started the car and it shot up to 1.5 bar I let the car sit until it was warm and the gauge just dropped slowly to 0 Almost time to take it into a garage

Yeah got it from a guy on here. Car was running spot on when I got it . Most the work was done buy tuning developments

I'm sure it's 5-40 fully synthetic Just ordered an oil pressure testing kit that should give a more accurate reading. Could it be something as bad as that ? It's had a full rebuild and is fully forged. Don't know exactly how long ago mind you

Yeah it's just a shitty ebay one. Yeah first start up it's only reaching 1.4bar. Think I'll order a new gauge to start with then if that doesn't change I'll go for the pressure relief valve. So really it's not sitting too low going on what they recommend? Just don't want to drive it till I'm sure Cheers that's been a big help

I could buy another gauge but its brand new how wrong could it be ? Ive took the car off the road for now as I don't want to damage it but I can't find the problem. Is there something inside the sump ? I've heard people talk about it but I don't know what's its called. It something the could possibly stick open or shut

Anyone ? Had an oil leak coming from the sandwich plate so fixed it and topped back up with oil still only reaching 1.4bar dropping down to 1 bar. Is this safe to run or is there still a problem somwhere ?
