Just going to be blunt, had an immensely crap year so far... Parents split up, finished my 3 years at college (nothing to do) cant find a job what so ever and now my car finally has had it with me I had my MOT roughly 2 weeks ago and it passed fine with no advisories, but it only just about squeezed through on emmisions, The place i took it to specialise in rebuilding engines etc. To cut to the chase, my cars burning oil at high revs (blue smoke from exhaust) only at high revs though, the chap claimed due to this sign he thinks somethings up with the bottom end and he mentioned pistons :

Evening people Basically a garage took my decat off for its MOT and ended up snapping the bots in the decat and now after it im looking to put the decat back on... .How much will i be looking at to get them drilled out the decat and re-threaded? .Should i take any action against the garage? (ie tell them to sort it out seeing they personally did the damage themselves) .Is there anywhere that i could send it to that will do it for a cheap price? Thanks for your time guys Matt.

Hi, Basically ive been getting more interested in this new HellaFlush Phase which seems to be a growing and up coming style, its basically suttle cars slammed on nice alloys with camber, and i want to do it with my glanza!! =D I just wanted to know if anyone has any pictures of really low glanza's i could check out that are slammed on coilovers? Ive got apex coilovers on atm, i wanted to know aswell how do i go by getting camber on my wheels? Another problenm ive got a Nurberg Spec R Full Exhaust on to and i think i may have to change system if i want to go really low as the backbox is hug

I like some of the newer range of rota's with the dish and chrome i just wondered if anyone has any other idea of wheels that they know of? Thanks Matt.

Ive had the exact same problem bout a week ago, mine failed on the rear pass handbrake, the garage tryed to have my pants down and said it was the caliper so i took it to a different 1 and they actually stripped the back and showed me it was my actual cables were seized. Just grab two new rear cables and get them fitted and get a garage to do a free brake test just to make sure

Where do you adjust the handbrake from?

can you actually buy the part of the cable for just that one caliper?

Im having a problem but its the opposite, my rear pass caliper barely has any rating on it when the handbrakes on. If i buy a rebiuld kit and piston and also that side of the handbrake do you think this will sort the problem out?

would it be better for me to buy a rebuild kit and that part of a new handbrake cable? would that sort my problem out? i need it doing asap
