What you need to do is talk to your insurance company and inform them that you wish to go and claim for whiplash compensation from the other guy's insurance. Then you need to sort yourself out with a solictors, where that neck injury advise sheet should be enough to get the ball rolling. However, bear in mind there will be initial cost as solicitors cost a fair ol' bit of money, although you should get back the money you payed out, hopefully more, once again, it varies from case to case when it comes to whiplash. Best thing really though is to have a good chat with your insurers and see wha

Jo says if the hospital can provide notes then go ahead and claim. But no idea on the amount of compensation as every whiplash case is different. Will definately help that the hospital can confirm you do genuinely have whiplash. (by the way, what does 'the worst is yet to come' mean?)

No arguing According to Jim when I asked him a while back the corolla mani makes a subtle difference but not hugely, hence me not worrying about swapping it to the Seo. As for lowering, will probably do it sooner or later but going to be taking things one step at a time and not get ahead of myself. (although I do have some plans for the wheels ) Thing is about lowering, the ride is really nice and smooth, and not sure I want to compromise the comfort of the car. Will be after a rear strut brace soonish though if anyone knows where abouts I can get one

Right, I know Si, Gaz, and Tommy, and have been PM-ing Ricky. And yeah will be bringing Blue, but I'm not in the 'shoot anyhoos. Regarding location, need to do a reckie to check if can actually get down there, but was thinking Chatham Docks as is fairly central to everyone. As for date, when both Si and Tommy are ready we can go ahead with sorting the date. (need a quadlight GT, but I do believe Si is sorting that one out )

I personally am loving that orange colour!! :lol: I painted the Starlet's inlet mani with heat resistant paint as a precaution.
