im looking at fitting a fcd ive recently purchased. just wondering if there are any procedures i have to follow before i fiddle with the ecu? disconnect battery, unplug the ecu etc? thanks in advance

quick update....just went and tried my indicators and they worked??? they worked after i pressed the hazard button? ive checked the fuses in the engine bay and all seems good unless its a relay gone? if this is the case could someone help me find the correct fuse/relay that might be at fault?

got in my car this morning, went to indicate out of my road and nothing? the hazard button works and all corners come on but when i use the indicator stalk nothing happens? any help will be massively appreciated! thanks

Funny as f#ck!

I blocked the dump valve and the noise remains. I've narrowed it down to the hard pipe leading off the inlet manifold as it stops the noise when I pull on the pipe! Gunna take a look at the turbo and see if theres any shaft play!

ive had my dump valve apart and cleaned as it was an old one i had off a mate, its working fine as far as i can see! im not loosing boost so worse case senario is shaft play in the turbo otherwise i have no clue?

got a squeel noise coming from the engine area after letting off the throttle? it sounds like there air ascaping from one of the hard pipes off the intercooler but unsure? has anyone come across this problem before.....could it be the turbo itself? any help is appreciated!

if a ct9 devolopes shaft play what noises will it be making when driving the car on and off boost?

The video didn't really pick up the noise as its quite high pitched? I seem to have narrowed it down to my gauges so I will have a play with them tomorrow and see what I come up with? Thanks anyway

Yeah just once the cars started? When I indicate the buzzing goes with the ticking of the indication if you know what I mean? Are you on about the abs unit in the engine?

my glanza has all of a sudden developed a kind of buzzing noise once I start the car up? It seems like its coming from behind the clocks but im not 100% sure? Has anybody come across this problem in their car? Any help will be massively appreciated!

Where would I get hold of the shorter hot pipe? I've got a j performance intercooler if that helps?

I'm looking to get an stainless/mild steel manifold for my glanza but unsure which one to get as my hot pipe runs over the manifold? I have seen a couple of glanzas which also are running the hot pipe over the manifold and have managed to fit a zisco ram horn style manifold, which really is the style I am looking for! Can anybody confirm for me if there is any modification needed to fit it or are they designed to go with that hot pipe set up? Any help will be appreciated! Thank Sam

could anyone point me in the direction of someone who could get hold of the correct seals/gaskets that I wil need for a glanza fuel rail as I wil need to replace mine as I am swapping mine? Any help is appreciated! Thanks
