  1. Yeah I went, and saw what all the 'hype' was about! As Asad said, also teachers how to control out desires and of course patience. I would never even think about going to Wimmy Road with my family on Eid day, maybe years ago but hell no in this day and age. Each to their own I suppose. I'll spend most of the day working on my car, no doubt. Have a good ones lads, whatever you do..
  2. Khair Mubarak and Eid Mubarak to the rest of you. For the last 30 days those who have fasted (such as me and others on here) have not eaten from dawn to dusk, so that's from around 3-4am til 8-9pm. No food, water, chewing gum, toothpaste - nothing. Sounds pretty hard but it has gone better than expected. Only if I feel like seeing a set of twats who give us all a bad name, and use Eid as an excuse to get pissed and run around like chavs although Islam doesn't allow drinkin.. Set of jokers right there.
  3. Cheers mate just wanted to double check.
  4. I don't think it was me either..
  5. Yeah it has, I just can't drive it because it has no windows and isn't insured. Let it idle a few times but not going to do that again until I can drive it. I put 15w40 mineral oil.
  6. Looks good mate, glad you aquired one
  7. I've been advised, and found via some Google searches that Mineral oil is the best to use?
  8. Hi, What engine oil would you recommend to run in a forged engine? Cheers Idrees
  9. Hi guys Can anyone tell me how my vacuum lines should run from my boost solenoid to external wastegate? Theres 2 ports on the wastegate, does they both go to the solenoid with a T piece to the turbo on one of them? Cheers Idrees
  10. Turbo oil seals probably.
  11. Welcome along, tidy looking GT!
  12. I removed them ages ago, itching to put them back in now but she needs painting first!
  13. First time I'm entering..
  14. Ok so the car seems to be running fine now, haven't drove it too much as the brakes don't work due to a leaking brake pipe but Dave B is on the case with a new one. That along with the fact that I'm missing 5 windows.. In the mean time I thought I may as well make a start with the bodywork (with a great helping hand from my cousin, EP82 owner Shaq). The car is mostly prepped, well the shell is. I just need to find an empty spray booth that I can rent so I can get her painted! Air filter and oil cooler located, just need to finish off with that properly. New hoses.. Prosport Premium Oil Pressure Gauge I'll be purchasing more gauges of the same series soon. ;) I've also refurbished 2 of the Sparcos, not sure how long they are staying as I may have something new soon..
  15. Voted
  16. I'll give you 700 quid for it?
  17. I remember seeing this on eBay!!
  18. Put them on the car, the ones on there now look fugly.
  19. I've got the perfect set of wheels for this! I bought a set of Rota JSPLs that I planned to paint purple and fit to this very car but since I sold the car they've been sitting around. Pearl purple Also are you keeping those tail lights then?
  20. Shes looking sweet now, first pic on post 191 looks awesome!
  21. The more I look at the 17s, the better they look! Would look much better with a bigger bodykit though..
  22. Thanks guys that's a great help. The only one thing stopping me is ride height. My ARB and ALK are around 1" off the ground so maybe it's not a good idea yet. I'll probably raise the car soon and opt for the 4 point. They're available on eBay
  23. Nice, the 17s look too big though!
  24. Would have had more praise if he did any of the work himself.
