  13. If he paints over it, the silicone is going to show through straight away, no matter how many coats he gives it. Ask him to sand it back down and respray it ;)
  14. It also takes weight off the manifold hence it could help to prevent it from cracking ;)
  15. Different gearknobs could affect the results ;) My money is on the TC being the shortest. But the question is, is the shortest the best? Not always the case imo. The TRD isn't shorter than the TC but it's nicer to drive with.

  20. A similar situation with my brothers Type R... He bought it from an auction then found out the chassis number had been tampered with. He called the SVS out (Stolen Vehicle Squad) who checked the car over fully and said it's fine and was once before stolen recovered. He got it on the road and got shit off the police a few times, but he told them the full story each time.   23. That sounds like a fantastic idea. I know Steve has a lot on but I'd definitely be up for organising a UKSC track day. If you could find out prices for me asap I might pop over, even thought mines only running at .5 bar.
