  1. Thanks guys. Endsleigh at the minute, probably gonna cancel this and have to look for a new policy when I have the engine fitted. TD04L off a 2003 Scooby, rotated with the modified actuator bracket. Braided water lines and oil return, fitted to the WEPR manifold. Mocking it on the engine.
  2. That's looking mint dude, what did you use to clean the engine block?
  3. Few more pics from yesterday. Filter relocation kit made. we hope to be starting it up tonight. :shoot:
  4. Finally. So, on sunday me and my brother were cleaning out the garage and whilst we were at it we decided to fit my FMIC on to the car with the custom brackets etc ready for when I fit the engine and conversion parts. plans were to start in the next month or so. Anyway, got the bumper off and we both looked at each other asking if we should just whack the engine in now... And the results are below. Fmic fitting (we didn't even fit it in the end!) A messy garage which got cleaned up very fast once we got excited about the conversion! The baby FE The FTE Glanza das

    Hi All

Welcome to the club mate. I agree with the others, it'll look like a tractor on 17s.
  6. They look sweet, nice one. Also, PM'd you about the mani because I've no credit.
  7. Welcome to this side of the family mate, pics please!
  8. Wow looks so much better, nice one dude. Glad to see out old door being used well too!
  9. Looks mint, and yeah Civic parts are cheap! Get on to www.civiclife.net - good forum.
  10. Both gold and white would look awesome. I say Gold to be a little different.
  11. Looking good, must shift pretty well.
  12. Nice work, yeah get those Rotas bought!
  13. Broke mofos! Keep an eye out locally to see if anyone else has a new reverse scoop.
  14. Seen this on the news too, what a dick.
  15. Thanks guys. TD04 indeed. I should have some more parts with me tomorrow.
  16. Thanks guys, yeah I totally agree with you Liam but I dunno why either! Lol. Manifold Update I'm back on the stock inlet! Lost a kick in the performance but the sound from the stock inlet is better imo. Oh well, Corolla one was better overall. And on the turbo side, my new mani.. I got a new exhaust too, 2.75" which will now be needed. And finally one more new package.. I've been wanting one of these for ages! Excuse the awfully messy car. Ends tucked in nicely with no trimming. The red will be getting refubed in the blue sheme when I get round to it.
  17. With smaller parts such as wing mirrors and interior panels, I stick them in a box with some newspaper/bubble wrap to stuff it, and send from the post office. Obviously the address needs to be stuck on the box. You have the choice of 1st class (1-2 days) or Standard Parcel usually (3-5 days). Stick your address at the back of the box in small print just incase something goes wrong, and it'll come back to your house. For bigger panels such as bonnets, bumpers and wheels, I use Paisley Freight services who have some awesome prices. For example, £27.50 for a set of four rims, £25
  18. Asad has got it. The stock CT9 outer diameter of the inlet is 40mm.
  19. You can get the bumpers direct from Toyota dude, do a search for the part numbers.
  20. Yeah they do come from factory in the same shade on white as far as I know, and I've seen loads in the flesh.
  21. Have a look around.. http://www.venair.com/?cl=1&lang=en
  22. I had a 38>51mm silicone bend made my Venier on my CT9, looked like a good fit but never had it on the car. It'll need trimming back abit on the turbo side so clear the oil filter properly though, but that's minor!
  23. Sweet, your a perfectionist! Where do you go from here then? Or are you gonna enjoy it like this for now?
