Yeah its on the Vin tag which is on the bulkhead. For example, white says 040, black is 205 and so on.

It's easy dude. Undo the 10mm nut at the top outside corner of the light, and pop off the black plastic covers on the other two mounting points and they will come off in a cartain way, just need to move them around a little especially if you have the bumper on.
