We've tried several different brands (some cheaper) but this is the best fitting one available from my experience.

They're not difficult to fit, they just require a lot of time and patience. Make sure you buy genuine Aerocatch as the copies are rubbish (I've tried both).

How good are the fit of your bumpers? Mainly around a FMIC as my standard bumper took a lot of cutting to make it fit around the intercooler pipes

Quite interested in the TOM replica front bumper (I have a 99 EP91, facelift) I assume that this would fit ok?

We've never had any fitment issues with out Tom's EP91 bumpers. You'd still have to trim it around your FMIC depending on which setup you are using. If you've got a slim FMIC then you may get away with no trimming. Yes it would fit your car fine.

No they aren't mate

I've had a look and the flaking paint is actually on the lip, not on the bumper.

I think it's bonded on so may be difficult to split.
