Well my cars written off as a Cat-C and needs the VIC test done to get the logbook for it. I want to respray it while its parked up, but i'm just wondering, if i respray it Grey, when i take it for the VIC will it fail or something? Because they check the identity of the vehicle too, so it may effect it.. If not, will it be okay to go with bumpers, wings and bootlid in different colours?

I never said that the driver can make a car go faster than what its capable of, but the majority of times book speed/times are a pile of shit. Parkers guide etc say a standard Starlet does 103mph, but i've seen a bog standard one showing 120mph. The speedo obviousy isnt very accurrate, but its not that much out of accuracy. And i never said you were a shit driver so i dont know where that came from and i don't know why you think i'd say such a thing. You hit the nail right on the head mate!

Mine was deffo sucking in much more hot air than his - Mine was taking it very hot air in from the throttle body (No filter) but his filters in the top corner. He's had a new engine fitted 1200 miles ago, all new belts, oil, gaskets and new spark plugs. Even a new dizzy cap!! Its wierd. Need to get both on the rollers!!

I really want the Speedlines but its not looking too good as my dads telling me to keep the Enkei's. Maybe the Enkei's will be more unique on the only Grey n/a?

I'm not convinced this makes a difference to the n/a for some sort of reason. Everyone does blab on about them making the performance much better etc, but when my brother drove mine yesterday which has the standard mani, he said its much more responsive than his. Mine didn't even have a filter on and was sucking in pure hot air so i'm wondering why mine 'feels' quicker? Plus hes got a full exhaust system with the centre box removed and mines just a backbox..Wierd? Get commenting n/a boys!

My dads old Sportif - 14" GT Wheels and a Green Cotton Induction kit, hit low 9's. Now I look back and think my phone's Stopclock was dodgy, but my dad says the Sportif was definitely quicker then my brothers SR which we haven't timed.

Wow you can tell its been parked for ages! The discs on mine were like that yesterday too, all shiny now though Na actually they were'nt that bad!! I want them crystal lights!!
