  3. Nice to see another local enthusiast looking good
  4. I sounds about right just gathering info for when mine gets to that stage cheers chaps
  5. Throw some pics up see what wheels you have colour etc canny few colours out the option already if it's two tone you would want a complimentary contract a bayside blue front end fade onto black would look cool haha
  6. What's version e? What is the other versions?
  7. Sounds interesting! Bet there a fortune though!
  8. Bird shit should be removed with warm water, it's got acid in it which fooks the paint over time might aswell have the full roof painted!
  9. Cool thanks, you can also use your stock fpr with the emb save you some cash
  10. Hmm that doesn't sound right!
  11. Always been a fan of fat ass wide body style, I have seen a few ep91's with an exstension lip arch nothing too big, anyone any thoughts of where to look, I want to keep my archliners in.

    EMB VS EMU

I just don't want to spend money if you don't need one

    EMB VS EMU

Ahh I see I thought the ecu did it all with the map it's the whole get what you pay for thing, thanks for clearing that up

    EMB VS EMU

Will be going one of these in the future hopefully, is the EMU worth that extra cash I really can't see the difference as they both do the same job. People are also running FPR with these why? I thought the map does all of the fuel pressure, timing precision for you...
  16. I'm trying to get people's opinions on it I don't know, the problem is heat that extra bit heat it's a post I'm trying to see what people think..the JAM tuning wizards made an actuator for a pre set 1 bar, why not 1.1 they ran a hybrid to, but the HKS actuator goes to 1.2? At 1 bar it may run less strain on the turbo and deliver the power better...don't mean to infiltrate your thread!
  17. That could be 5bhp lol see that way I look at is why did blitz a respectable company make a 1.1 bar actuator and a hybrid turbo if .1 didn't matter I suppose it's the compression wheel been bigger as the the stock and tongs are equal to each other therefore a 1 bar would suit best...but then JAM ran the blitz hybrid on a 1 bar actuator lol I just think .1 bar on the ct9 is a weaker choice or I just need to go to bed and forget about it!
  18. The emb should control everything to do with the fuel timing etc I figure it would control the pressure aswell as it's the brain of the car, people say running 1bar is better power for a ct9I'm after people's opinions that's all
  19. I had an ebc it was no use would only say to use them external wasyegate for a bigger turbo, I do agree though they tail off boost quick I think an uprated mani would help..there still a 1.3 at the end of the day I think warmer weather would suit a 1.1 bar I just want to know if it's work changing my actuator for .1 of a bar lol probably not it just looks good on paper
  20. It would be nice lol I just don't know why it's needed as I thought a map sorts all the fueling, ask him what his view is on 1bar vs 1.1 bar I'm having a debate in the other section of making more reliable power at 1 bar lol
  21. Good result Pat I'm sticking at one bar, see the stock ct9 seems to manage around the same as the tongs in some cases, Micky boy combined his turbo using a lucinder ct9 running different internals that's an option or the blitz ct9 with the ct12a compression wheel I'm sure there will be other options I just wanted to see what views peolle have on running that extra .1 boost, blitz made an actuator thats pre set to 1.1 there is a TOM'S aswell but I think that's a 1 bar...
  22. I would need a boost controller I suppose if I keep the 1bar actuator a little overspike or bit weaker will keep safe in a way and I wouldn't have to adjust it in the winter the last thing I want to do is weld the wastegate or port it on a rare turbo after having eveything rebuilt suppose I will keep the JAM actuator and wack it on internal will save cash and keep it simple
  23. The ct9 has done me proud so far I still may go external gate but surely how much noticable quicker would external be than internal on ct9 I don't think it's worth doing...would sound awesome though!
