  1. Nothing like a massive construction fence smashing off the side of your glanza! lucky am a painter eh! their paying I made sure of it! Anybody else wana share any recent bastard experiences?

  2. not much, I have a half a cupfullish oil to much in my engine but I don't think thats it, but I hope the turbo seals aint going, any help please, all seems to be running great besides this, PCV valve has been changed no signs of coloured smoke either. Thanks

  3. tack cloth would'nt go a miss neither just wet flat 600, warm the can up always keep the can the same distance 50 50 overlap, leave it to dry 5 mins or so just build up your coats till your happy, it may look different inside cause of the light, ideally you want natural light, hope this helps

  4. flatten it again with 600 wet, you will be better doing it with a spray gun, don't put it up against something neither or gravity will just pull it all over, get some sort of tressel, if your going to use a can heat it up a little bit, will get a better finish.

  5. Who's had a good power on standard ported mani's? I was gunna upgrade to a ram style mani but I fear the dreaded cracks, the cast iron ones don't crack so i guess am making the best choice, I would like to upgrade the ct9 to the ct9 hybrid so will the ported mani be the best choice? I would be more than happy to settle at 200bhp.

    thanks guys! :)

  6. My current spec is- front mount, decat, boostcontroller, sard ecu, ported manifold, HKS bov running 1bar ish atm. I am thinking of upgrading the turbo to tongs/ct9 hybrid but i don't want to go external wastegate, is it a simple case of just bolt on without changing the manifold? Whats the best boost to run on a hybrid aswell? Basically what else would i need for a good reliable set up? Is it also worth changing the actuator as I can control the boost with the boost controller?

    Thanks
