That is correct. you NEED a oil sandwitch plate to connect the cooler to the block also (which is the bit witch you have to grind down for). I wouldn't bother with that one. you really need a oil cooler kit with a thermostat really. these ones dont work properly.

Agreed, Not to keen on them in the dry tho, to much side wall flex even tho i make make the car oversteer in the dry and the wet

Have you checked for leaks and checked if every thing is all tight. Telling you to suck eggs but thats all i can think off.

Mine does this some times, i come inline after work. it will say e.g 426 new posts, click on it and it will reset to zero and say there is now new posts. it sucks lol
