I took It In on The 11/07/2011 for a o ring in the dizzy (easy i know but save me doing it) as was leaking a Cv joint And Fuel Filter on The 20/07 There Ring And Sed We Know Were It Leaking oil From Do You Wont Us To Chage It ummmm YH LOL So Last Friday There Ring And Sed Car Ready Now For Pick up, I could Not Pick It Up Till Monday i Sed To Them, That Fine We Will Do The Fuel Filter then ? Monday Ring To Tell Me The Bill Will Be £345.51 plus VAT :0 As My Fuel Line Was corred And As Snap So Now Car Will Not Be Ready Till 20/08 ohh my god!! So Im Going To Pick it up Friday And Do The work Myself But Now Need To Hire A car Trallier As no Fuel line Not Happy

thanks mate it a one piece i got really thin work from B&Q (The wood on back of wardrobe) Drawed around the side panles and messager the gap cut the wood and fitted the back seat clips on the wood, so the floor dus not move and then carpit the wood so thin it bends so can get in and out

Right guy and girls There My Glanza Befor i Started Pulling it Apart ;) Only Mods Was Alloy And Air Fitter I Wanted To Make A Big Spec Glanza As I Have Had 3 Now lol Black (Standed) And A Ice Blue (td04 With No Mod To Help It So Lagy) I Started To Find The Cat, Ct9 Turbo, Manifold And Head It Self Was Crecked I Was Not Happy At This Point Looking Sorry Well Started Getting on With It To Find A Head Bolt Snap Inside Thing Not Looking Good At This Point After 4 Hour Off Drilling We Got It Of Got Piston Out And Put New Forged One In Refited Sump One Step Forward lol (not my pic as was no Phone got nicked ) I Lost Some Pics Of Build As Was On Phone But at This point There Was Alot Dun Lsd,Polished Ported Inlet, New Head Ported And Polished, All New Gaskets And New Ported And Polished Manifold Put On Some New Parts New Inlet TD04 Turbo Befor And After At This Point Turbo On Intercooler Half On Fpr On Oil Cooler On And 225 Fuel Pump Starting To Look Good Now well The Inside Looked Ok But Wanted To Add My Own Bit So.. I Got Jam Ecu Board Out The Back Installed My Gauges And Pod Mounted Turbo Time In Dash Were High Low Button Was And New Wheel Made A Start On Making Some Rails Up To Put The Bucket Seat On That I Got For Free YH FREEEEEEEE WoOpWoOp LOL Deal Off The Year LOl Well Happy Rocket Cover On HEHE I Fire It Up And Had Some Leaks LOl Well Sorted Them On Saturday Fire Up Seem Fine So At 11:50pm On Saturday Night I Was Out Side Washing,Polishing And Waxing My Car In The Dark LOL Yh Mad I Know But Wen To A Show On The Sunday Moring And Looked Good Well Happy Here A Pic I Look LOl Thanks Lady LOl still Lots Todo Like EMU and Mapping Hoping For 200Bhp Will Get A Spec Sheet Up For You Guy To Look At Commets More Then Welcome Good And Bad One LOl Hope You Like Any Idears Welcome To Thanks For You Time Will Keep Up To Date With It All

I CHECK IT 3 TIMES mate TO PULLY ON 2ND DOT WITH 4A HOLE AND BOTTONS PULLY ON 0 IS THIS RIGHT?

can any one help plz need car finished by weekend right finished my engine rubuild and fitted td04 turbo after this i started her up and she idle fine just over 1? and as soon as i move the thorttle it will cut the engine but if i go really light on the thorttle it will rev any help is more then welcome thanks

1st take all the belts off 2nd Undo The 19mm Bolt That Holds The Crank Pully On 3rd Take Crank Pully off And Undo The 10mm x4 Bolt That Hold It On 2 Infront And 2 Behind Job Done mate Hope It Help mate And Have Fun Getting The Crank Bolt Undone Then are A F*****ING ***** LOL

thanks for getting back to me mate i sorted the cutting out now so warm up and van come on now and dus not cut out any more but took it up the road and now feels like the car holding back at about 3.5/4rpm and no boost or vac showing on gurge or on the light??
