I did this last week mate... great little set up isn’t it. I’ve booked on to go again on the 8th October for £60 it’s a great day. Video looks good too. What suspension/braking/tyre set up are you running?

As above my fuel tank has had it so on the lookout for another one in decent condition. As close to Derbyshire as possible would be ideal. Thanks Ash

In my opinion there is no need for bigger injectors if you plan on running around 1 bar or under mate. I run just over 1 bar on td04 standard internals and had no problems so far. If you want to push anymore than a bar I would reccomend bigger injectors but lots haven’t bothered and is not essential.

Think I have one too if needed. 

Has anyone got a fuel filler neck (the piece that goes from the filler hole to the fuel tank) or is anyone breaking an ep82 and has one for for sale?

I think they are hoping to finish it by end of Feb mate so hopefully get a nice day in March to have a run down. Still waiting on my mate to pull his finger out and finish off his pulsar... !!!

Yes I think it’s something unichip related. It must be as it wasn’t doing it before on the previous map. Hopefully my mapper can easily solve it

Wonder if any of you can resolve my problem or shed any light?

Had the dastek unichip Q+ mapped last week on my new td04 set up. After clearing the old map my tuner began building the new map on the rollers. All was well until he got into 4th gear at around 4.5-5k then the throttle completely cut out only returning back to life when dropping back below 2.5k. This happened intermittently whilst on the rollers and he eventually managed to get a run on the rollers when this did not happen. I thought that had solved the problem, car made 223bhp at 1 bar. Happy Days!

However I took the car out for a spin today (only get chance at weekends as it’s not my daily) and it was doing the same thing in both 4th & 5th gear at around 4.5k. 

In 1st, 2nd & 3rd it is fine and revs all the way to say 6.5k no problems or hesitation. My mapper said at the time it may be a fault with the dizzy but it just seems strange it wasn’t doing it with my old map. I have contacted him and to be fair he said he will ring me Monday and try get it sorted I have just posted this to see if anyone else has ever had a similar problem or has any ideas what it could be.

No it's pretty much always 'half price' but £135 is a bargain for someone who is not wanting to pay the snap on prices
