Maddox710 I wouldn't be selling them as lowered seat rails if they weren't lower as stock!
I have measured them against OEM Recaro rails and they are minimum 35mm lower. I will put up pictures of both rails side by side so you can see the difference

SOLD to the UK this morning. Another happy UKSO member. Enjoy her pal!

Hahaha Starbuck are you watching them old episodes of The Apprentice again? That's one of Bill Cullen's famous quotes about me lol
Knowing your love for TOM's Starlets I think you will like this one once its restored to its former glory

Regards,
Conor.
-
I have one here mate can delivery no problem
-
It was leaking oil Rich yeah. I could just as easily have said nothing about me doing the seals but I am honest with everything I sell and to be honest if I was buying a car I would rather buy one that's had the seals done than one that's needing them. 9 out of 10 starlets I look at leak some sort of oil from crankshaft seals. It just general wear and tear a bit like tyres really
-
I'll double check tomorrow Rich cant remember off the top of my head

Well finally the long wait is over! Look what just landed on Irish shores!
A few of you on here knew I had bought this but not many of you
A genuine once in a lifetime gem of a Toyota
1990 Mk1 EP82 GT Starlet with only 13,000 genuine kilomtres from brand new.
It is a very high grade 4.5 import and has a grade 4B interior, so the car is basically as new condition.
The car is totally original and has no modifications whatsoever. It even still has the original Toyota hubcaps and the full set of original seat covers which are all like new!
It is an ex-dealer car so has just one verified owner from brand new in Japan. It comes with tons of paperwork and a complete service history from brand new to the current mileage. It also has some nice Toyota optional extras too!
I think this one is definitely a keeper! It is so strange to sit in a Starlet that literally is like brand new!
Once I clean it I will post a lot more pictures but here is some for now...
Just before she left Japan...
Just arrived on Irish soil...
Ready to load...
A few nice goodies...
More to come very soon!

No mate they are a limited run. When they are gone they're gone

My best barn find yet... Genuine TOM's EP82 Demo Car fresh from Japan!
Well guys after years and years of trying... Finally I persuaded the owner to sell this little gem! The car was imported to Ireland in 2008 and has laid here on a farm completely untouched and not driven. It is like the car that time forgot...
It comes fully loaded with rare JDM goodies and genuine TOM's parts throughout. There is stuff on this car I have never even seen before!
What's more... It has only 45,000 genuine kilometres on the clock!
Some people were even saying it was THE original TOM's car but it would be very hard to prove. Either way it is a little gem of JDM tuning history! After researching further... The TOM's Quadlight ep82 demo car was white originally and had a white engine bay... The TOM's mk1 ep82 demo car was 6L2 Green-Black and had the same colour engine bay... Just like this car... Could it be? Hmm...
Full of enthusiasm I set about fully restoring this car to its former glory. It was laying up in an old farmyard so the paint was gone rough and it needed a major tidy up... It still started first turn of the key though!
The car is the very same as the day it left Japan and here is what I discovered after a good look over the car...

1988 Toyota Starlet Turbo S EP71
Selling this great car on behalf of a friend
High grade import fresh in from Japan. Be the first owner of this car in Ireland or the UK.
One of only two 5 door ep71 Starlets in Ireland or the UK and perhaps maybe even further afield.
Definitely a one off car here!
Details are as follows...
Genuine 1988 Toyota Starlet Turbo S EP71.
It is an extremely rare 5 door model, one of only two models of it's kind in Ireland and the UK!
It really can only be described as a very, very rare collectors item.
It is very, very original throughout and is in excellent condition. Unrestored and untouched example.
Guaranteed 100% rust free shell. Solid throughout and like new underneath. All original stickers are present. Sills, inside door hinges, bottoms of doors and all usual spots are all good.
It still has the original standard exhaust, original leather steering wheel, original wind deflectors and flare etc. I couldn't believe it but it even had the original floor mats and factory seat covers from way back in 1988! When I lifted the boot carpet to look at the boot well the spare wheel still carried the original paper tag!
It starts first turn of the key and drives like a dream. It is very smoothe on the road with no knocks or bangs or funny squeaks etc.
Original factory yellow tint headlights and foglights all working perfectly
14" Wantanabe Alloys
The interior is in totally mint condition not even the smallest of marks and under the bonnet is very original with all heat shields etc present.
Everything in the car works perfectly. It is a real joy to drive and is very responsive and nippy.
Car is in Dublin, Ireland but can be delivered to the UK if needed

Well hello again everyone!
Due to problems with my Photobucket account I have been unable to upload any more pictures of the progress until now... But in that time we have really motored and we are finally almost ready for road.
I'll pick up where we left off...
Once we had the kit test fitted and all the panel gaps good, it was time for the exciting bit... Paint! I couldn't wait to see the car in its finished colour! Here's a few pictures before it was wet sanded, flattened and polished...
The TOM's front bumper with new foglights fitted...
Genuine TOM's Sideskirts...
Rear bumper painted before the TOM's rear spats are fitted...
The TOM's Quadlight front grill and Quadlight covers...
The fibreglass vented racing wings and mouldings fitted and painted...
We then proceeded to fit the lightweight polycarbonate windows. A generous amount of windscreen sealer was applied to the window edges...
These windows were moulded from the original glass so the fit was excellent!
We removed the black beading from the original glass and fitted it to the polycarbonate windows to give that oem original look. The windows were then clamped and held with tape until they were set...
With the quarter glass now in, it was time for the rear screen. Finally it was beginning to look like a car again!
Finally the two door windows were fitted. These were not as straightforward as the other windows but eventually we got them to fit well. While we were at it we lost some more weight too and lightened up the doors even more...
The whole window kit fitted and left to set overnight...
Next up was a job that both of us had been avoiding until we really had to... Fitting the spoiler to the lightweight racing bootlid...
With that headache out of the way, it was time for an even bigger one... The lockable bonnet pins!
Front end all back together. The clear indicators are a firm favourite of mine! It's nice to be a little different...
Finally she was finished and ready for collection. We stopped to wash her on the way home. (forgot to close the boot... Oops!)
I waited for this moment a long time... Fitting my TOM's sunstrip! It's these finishing touches that really finish a car in my opinion. It was a 2 man operation and with me being so fussy, it really was measured and re-measured... About 10 times! We got a good finish with no air bubbles using an atomizer and a squeegee...
BOOM!!!
Next up was the genuine TOM's rear window sticker. Again carefully measured and centered before application...
People always moan that I am a hoarder and keep the best parts for myself... Well here is one part I knew would come in handy one day! Genuine Toyota EP82 door stickers... Brand new in the packet! I've had these a long time and they are discontinued from Toyota now for many years.
I had one chance and one chance only to get this right so after a lot of careful measuring of the door stickers on other ep82's I had, I made up a card template to ensure they were fitted exactly millimeter perfect!
A TOM's badge finished off the front grill perfectly!
Like my RWD GT Starlet, I wanted to use a larger Toyota badge on the boot. After a trip to the scrapyard with a blade and a flathead I soon returned with a nice collection of Toyota badges.
After finding the centre point of the bootlid, the badge was fitted and taped flush while it was left to set. You can see the size difference in the picture below...
I seen these stickers at a recent rally I was at and had some creative inspiration. I was thinking of adapting the rear boot badge to match number 97 or 98. I think it would look well in chrome... "The Red Devil" ha
Side exit buddies
Chilling with my RWD GT Starlet...
I had a HKS mushroom filter here and a front filter relocation kit to fit. I bought new red foam filter media but there wasn't enough space to fit the filter behind the grill... It was too big
After much searching I finally found this filter which was the perfect size for the end of the turbo...
Levin twin pot conversion and red HEL braided brake lines fitted to the front...
This brand new Defi boost gauge just arrived. It will match my other gauges well...
Added to the massively expanding list of rare goodies are these rare TRD 280kph clocks. I am not fitting a dash so these will be mounted straight to the crash bar behind the windscreen...
Did someone say grip? New ultra lightweight drag wheels and drag slicks!
We recently had a TV crew on site filming for a new documentary on the Irish car scene. The 4WD TOM's Starlet got tons of attention and they couldn't quite get their heads around the exhaust and the screamer pipe lol
A few small odds and ends to tidy up and a bit of wiring to finish and then the next step is the mapping!
-
Looking great Matty! I'm delighted I had a tiny part in sourcing you some parts for this it's a truely amazing build! Call up when I have the mk1 GT back and get that material off me
