  1. as title. getting some horrific brake fade on my V. normally after 3 consecutive hard ish pushes on the pedal during back road driving.



    whats the best way to get rid of this? vented discs and up rated pads? currently on OEM everything brake wise.

    Been having an issues with boosting today. Bit of background on the car. 98 glanza V. TDo4 turbo mapped buy TD to 210hp running Gizzmo boost controller.



    High boost @ 0.91BAR @ 210hp and low boost @ 0.74BAR @ 178hp (standard internals I Believe)



    foot down on low boost (0.74) and it will go straight the way up to peak boost and hold no bother. but if i switch to high boost (0.91) and go flat out and hold the throttle in 4th & 5th (sometimes 3rd) it feels like its boosting in stages. Gauge (for example) will go from 0.00 to 0.78 to 0.54 to 0.86 and will then hold at 0.91 and drop again and start going up and down in stages.



    Anyone have any idea what this could be?



    any help would be great

    This is most likely a stupid question and kinda know the answer already but does any one know if a HKS turbo timer harness for ep91 with work with a Blitz unit? The connections look the same from the pics I've seen on line but not 100%. no point paying £21 for Blitz harness if a £12 HKS one will fit!

    Recently took purchase of a Glanza last weekend which im over the moon at. pretty fresh import with a few things done.



    Its running standard internals (unless its forge and either that lad didn't know or forgot to say), FMIC, TD04 at 0.8 Bar with Gizmoo BC & Greedy Emanage Blue. It has been mapped buy Tuning Developments a year or so back to 210hp with print outs.



    I'm guessing that for it to be mapped it would have had to have a FPR fitted but at present doesn't have one any more....



    SO my question is, what is the best pressure to run the FPR at until I can get it down to Performance HQ in Edinburgh to get it set up properly? would only be for a day or so, so I Can drive the car down to Edinburgh.



    Does anyone have any info on the car as well or link to a thread? R861 NUF?

  6. normaly because the tank is a funny shape not a perfect square. so the top half of the tank holds more petrol than the bottom. that said i stoped looking at the fuel guage it goes down as the speedo goes up!

    Ahh that fine then. Thought I was cracking up. Near shat myself when it dropped like that haha

  7. Hi all.

    Just got my glanza a few days ago and have noticed something up with the fuel gauge. Not sure if it's common or not. If you fill it up with a full tank it will show as full which is great. More you drive the more it goes down which is basic stuff. But I've noticed as soon as it gets to the half way mark it seems to drop really quickly. This happens on long and short trips. Is this a normal thing for glanza gauges?
