    As it says in the title Torque settings for head bolts, camshaft caps and big end nuts and camshaft setting up marks. Cambelt timing mark pics? Any help greatly appreciated (sorry if its in wrong section) Cheers keiran

    Im in the middle of rebuilding my engine and want to give a few bits a tidy up i.e rocker cover, head, inlet mani... Just wondered what people used, can i just use normal aerosol or will it not come with the heat? Cheers keiran
