Next I decided to spray the plastic in between the grill black as it looks loads better ;)
Also if you notice in the Piks the paintwork has come up loads better!!!! Shiny shiny!

Haha sure is! Never thought is get something like this tbh! Plans are to give it a proper clean! Floor pans have some surface rust so sort them out. Then to slam it and get some white wall tyres ;)

Hello hello hello, Afew of you might know me, I've owned a few dc2's, ek4's and pulsar basically mainly jap cars, I always wanted to venture out as we have a "66 mustang in the family and like I say I've always wanted to try something different. So I sold the pulsar and dc2 and bought a mk5 golf TDi as a daily and picked this bad boy up!
Mercedes 230 1975! 79k with documented history and only 2 owners from new!!! Anyway here's some Piks
Needs a full intense clean! Polish and wax etc but I was very lucky it had hardly any rust at all also!

I don't understand everyone's obsession with nissan s13 s14 so on
I think modded ones can be made to look the Shiz but I agree Stoxk look rather shite man
If it's a fast cheap car you want the pulsar was the fastest point to point car you can get for money or maybe a early mits evo
I've owned a 300bhp pulsar, true not for long but still try something new lol

Proving difficult to find a k20 eg so might have to go for an Ek! I love the Ek shaoe anyway tbh

No offence to the starlet scene as I do rate starlets massively but don't see my owning another one

Vtec is pants absolutely no interest in it never in one bit I seen em go not that impressive unless there's a lot of money put into em
Haha lol very educated comment that! Firstly dc2 voted best FWD handling car. and also as most say a k20 eg/Ek would destroy most big powered turbo cars. I've owned a good few Hondas and a few turbo cars also so speaking from experience

S body's are not about speed it's the shear fun of driving them is what makes them worth it and when the little torqueless Honda dies off offer 100 the Nissan will just keep on pulling until it runs out of gears

Similar engine but imagine it would quite alot different. 4wd hatch compared to a longer rwd tourer. Engines being mounted different ways too
Hmm Yup true! I know this isn't any easy question and there are so many variables but what kind of power would an s14 need to be to be equivalent to a k20 Ek/eg? For example 1/4 time etc not that it will be a 1/4 car but just for comparisons sake

Im in the same boat, looking for a new car, similar budget just cant make my mind up, recently ive been looking at:
S13/ 180SX/ 200SX
Mitsubishi evo 4
3rd gen preludes
DC2 Integra
SC300/ Soarer
Evo 4 engines are shite apparently lol I've owned 2 dc2's and they amaing tbh! But just fancy a chnage!
For 5k you could pick up a decent spec Skyline gtst, either R32 or R33... that straight 6 sound!
Will be picking my 32 up tomorrow
Insuring a skyline won't be fun lol
You'd be doing well to get a k swapped ek for 5k pal! I'd get s body ;)
Well if push abit more for an Ek k20 lol a lot of money I know... That's what holds me back

Hmmmm I know I did say s14 myself but I'm not overly keen on the rears! M5 is out of budget unforrunalty as I'd rather have an e46 m3 but also out of budget

Id love a boosted eg, one 3 hondas id have. K20 eg would be pretty mad though
Tbh in staying of turbo Hondas. Reason being is the figures look awesome but they don't put the power down that well! Like a k20 220bhp eg would have a 350bhp eg upto like 60/70 lol

Howdy people, I'm in abit of a dilemma ATM! I currently use a golf GT TDi as a daily and just sold my pulsar! Now I have a budget of about £5k to spend on something but I'm not sure what to go for!! People will say your choice but I'm literally torn between so many cars lol I don't need a daily car as it will be used as a weekend toy!
Options so far are
S14
K20 eg
K20 Ek
That's all ATm! Any tips ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks

Guys in the states fully build their motors and just thrash them once on road. Everyone in the uk seems to be experts and know exactly what to do lol

because they worked well, they were stock calipers everything else wasn't stock. Makes it out like I was running blue print pads and stock lines lol.
And I don't see the point in spending money on big ass 6 pots or whatever when I had no intensions to even track the car. It was a road car and they worked more than perfect for the road. So there's your answer, you can stop crying about it now every time you see a picture of it.
Same can be said for the reason Jordan wants to run rotas. Do the same thing as normal wheels, he doesn't see the point spending £1k on wheels when rotas that he likes do the same thing, so you can stop crying about that

Cant help but wonder why after spending absolute thousands on the rest of the car, how come you're running the most bob basic wheels?
Could say the same to you. Running big power and stock brakes? Lol seems a lot more stupid to me
