  2. Saw this in the metal and it's a fine example. The kit really does work too, photos don't do it justice. Drives really nicely too, but can't pull me away from EPs! Especially as it got CHOPPPPED by my GT! ;)

  3. What exhaust is it ? Making that power I'd say there was no back pressure issues, can you put a closer pic of the torque curve up.?? I'm intrigued at that power figure lol

    Has a stainless 2.5" mani and japspeed car back 2.5" sorry mate it's the only picture I have, there printer was down so I had to take a picture off the screen lol I can't read graphs so have no idea if it's good or bad lines really lol the hp was impressive thkugh

    Do you mind me asking how much as i am just about to get either a edm one of these or a late ep3 type r, a friend has a nice black teg with less than 100k and probs looking at £3500.

    LOve the teg as without all the sound deadening when the vtec comes on it sounds freaking fantastic and the way the diff pulls out of corners is insane, going to be a difficult decision but i will have a honda at the end.

    Hi matey, thanks for the kind words, i previously owned an ek4 and then drove my mates ep3 as I was going to get one, he drove my car and I drove his and we both said my ek4 was on par if not faster then the ep3! I weighed out the ep3 over a dc2 by a long way! I paid a little over £4k but I knew te previous owner had owned the car for 4 years and done 7k, also with the car being on 86 k I couldn't say no!!

    love where this is going good work mate, my ignis will be going in the summer and looking a getting a DC2 so i will be keeping an eye on this :D

    Wahey! Dc2's are really nice cars man! I previously owned a UK spec dc2 so this time had to be jdm!

    u need to get a silencer put in the exhaust it is lacking back pressure.

    It's on the list! Way to loud for me ATM lol

    Since owning the car I wanted to get her on a dyno to see what figures I have to start with, so went over to garage786 and chucked her on the rollers

    After cleaning the car I'm very happy with the paintwork, was exacting little niggles to show up and even rust spots but the car is rust free!!! Also changed the thermo stat as temps weren't rising as they should and all is well now!

  6. Right people sold my Ek last week so thought it was about time I bought something, having previously owned a uk spec dc2 I thought its time I purchased a jdm one! I was searching around a while and my brothers mate actually told me he's selling his! Having owned the car 3 years and knowing the guy I know it was cared for and with 85k on he clock I could refuse!

  7. Its not worth 1.5K, i've seen Glanzas go for that, i'd stick to about the 1.2K area. Just because its a nice colour, 8K9.

    Others may value it differently, but i doesnt cost much to throw a CT9 + standard & supporting parts on a N/a.

    The wheels are worth a few quid though ;)

    The most simple way to do the conversion imo is to swap the looms from a turbo motor, then everything just plugs in and theres no meassing about tracing wires and splicing looms.

    Yh I know what you mean, the reason I thought maybe abit more was becuSe of the greedy bits and HKS bits, I thought to get a 4efte into an n/a would cost a decent amount no?
