So the plenum is modified then..
Saying it's a custom intake would suggest it's has a custom air filter and shit, I thought that's what you meant.
I have no idea lol. He said he had all the internals of it custom fabricated so I just agreed lol. Either way I'm not fussed
-
ohhh ok I've only had experience with d/b series and a k20 not the h series. Sounds sweet tho bud. Your clearly running a tec controller then
No no mate not a vtec controller, its been mapped on Neptune
I like.
But guys, Amir was *this close* to buying a Glanza..I'm disappointed still
This car should put up more competition than the B16 though ;)
Maybe one day!!! Lol
Bet that shifts mate, H22's are highly under rated!
Couldn't agree more with this statement!
-
Pretty cool, if the arches are good then it's a good find.
That is 110% not a custom intake though lol.
Arches are near perfect. Passenger door had rust but that's it, Sean the previous owner has done 100000's of h22 swaps. He had the inlet ported and did some internal work to the inlet, he explained to me but i cant remember exactly whT he said, So yes it's custom.

What engine is a h22 from?
Looks great either way
The jdm 2.2 prelude mate
Prelude 2.2 I believe
Correct
-
It's alright... Lol.
Haha each to their own!
-
oh damn I bet that shifts on vtec but like all tec'd Hondas from experience there's not much till it gets to the magic rpms
It's a H22a2 so the torque down low it really impressive tbh and vtec engages at 4,000rpm so there's not much waiting at all
-
Haha yh man! It is a sleeper! Proper animal. Was dyno'd on p28 Neptune launch control and read 210bhp. After this the custom exhaust was fitted and custom intake so od think its at about 220+Bhp because its on basemap ATM so still has more 'omphh' to give..

I've had 3 VTec cars and never done this. And can safely say every other mate of mine hasn't down this either. Must just be your chavtastic mate

Wondering if anyone has went from a Glanza to a DC2 and can let me know what one is like.
How would a DC2 compare to a TD04'd V at 1bar, in terms of straightline?
I plan on starting doing trackdays, and dont want to ruin the Glanza, so im thinking about selling up and buying either a 96 spec JDM or a UKDM.
Any advice? apart from dont do it haha
I had a dc2 and then bought a Gt td04 which was only at 0.5bar but still the driving experience in the teg was amazing man! Finally enough I do prefer my ek4 to both lll

Starlet boys be like cant make next show, cars broke AGAIN!
ali_legend be like, "My Vtak brings all the boys to the yard"

Insurance is weird lol! My ek4 is insurance group 15 and I when I was 20 I was paying £1350, then got a Starlet Gt and it was £1300 then I got a Dc2 and it went upto £1750, then got y current ek4 and its £907, anyway go a quote on a glanza and they wanted £600 more!!!!
Insurance is crazy!

It's a good job and I'm getting paid good! It's just boring me now lol. I hear what your saying though and it makes a lot of sense tbh
-
Hello people. Well basically I'm a solar engineer ATM and its a decent well paid job but I'm starting to find it really boring!
I've always wanted to do something car related and at a uni level! I've never been to uni but its something I'd want to do!
Is anybody doing a motor related course at uni that you could recommend?
By this I mean a course that is fun and enjoyable and at the same time has a good future and well paid!
Thanks in advance guys.

I've used the full size k2 and I think powerful enough, make sure you get the long hose!
Only thing I'm unsure on ATM is the 360 l/h
Ive got the K5, my dad bought it me i think B&Q had a deal on with them. Very good, love it
Yh I use my mates k5 and that's 420 l/h and this is 360! Plus that's 120 bar and this is 110

Hello people just had a look and on todays ebay daily deal is a karcher k2 compact pressure washer, the specifics are as follows --
Power - 1400w
Max power (bar) - 110
Max flow rate - 360
Has anyone got one got one of these? Is the preasure decent? Any thoughts or reviews..
Will be used mainly for the car but also to clean te driveway from time to time..
Thanks in advance
