I run a JAM ECU so no use for FCD, my Viper alarm has a built in turbo timer So not really looking into Thanks though

yeah i was under the impression you used a lower rated spring then bumped it up but wanted opinions just to double check. So a 14 psi spring would br 1 bar roughly so there abouts would be ok?

yeah neither have i mate... what psi spring would i need for 1.2 bar then??

I want to run 1.2 Bar i am unsure what ext. Simple as i thought also lol Rather not spend another £400-500 on a new mani + De-cat when i can do it for £20 lol If the makers didnt build the manis so the turbos sat at an angle so your pretty much forced to buy a de-cat aswell then id just buy a mani... But not gonna fall for that lol

Personally if your going for a nice subtle build get a plug n play ECU itll adapt all the time you do were as stand alone has to be mapped if you change stuff. If you go plug n play then you wont need FCD or RRFPR but would get RRFPR anyways and have it set up for about £40-60 ( Rememeber to buy a fuel rail adaptor also ) WEPR/Zisco Mani + Decat FMIC Adjustable Actuator Manual/Electric Boost Controller 1 Bar should see 160-180bhp

After paying out loads of money lately for other bits n pieces i really want to go to external w/g... Im looking at making my existing TD04 mani into externally gated manifold. Anyone done this before? Or can give me advice on how to go about it. Cheers Jono

Right Ive Decided im not going to pay out YET ANOTHER £600+ for a new manifold an Ext Wastegate So im kinda thinking im going to make my Toyosports Manifold into an externally Gated Mani. Really How Hard Can it be? BanG a hole cutter in the mani and weld a tube into it with a 38mm Flange on the end. Using this you could effectively turn a Normal Mani into Ext. Little Update .... New Inlet Sorted Today Rubbing down and Prepping ready for spraying started today also... Getting rid of them bitches key marks! P.s. Im not really built like Sparky its just the reflaction TRUST!
