Item Condition: As said in the title, this car will need a little bit of work to get it back on the road, nothing major however. All is detailed in the description. Price & Conditions: £1500 ONO Item Description: Since joining the Navy i haven't the space or time to keep 2 cars so my Starlet has to go! I'm going to start by saying this is not show car quality by any means, some work is needed to get the car back to its prime however i have reflected this in the price! First of all i included a picture of what the car looked like about a month ago (fully TOM's kitted), since then these parts have been removed and sold seperatly leaving the car needing a front bumper. Where the side skirts and rear spats were, some paint has been damaged; due to the small area affected it shouldn't cost a lot to get sprayed or if you're thinking of putting a kit on it then this won't be an issue! Also, as you can see by the picture, there is some paint damage below the passanger rear window; again this shouldn't cost too much to repair. The tracking and balancing was out for a fair amount of time which has worn the front tyres on the inside so they may need replacing (unsure on limits). I had the tracking done a few weeks a go but the wheel balancing will still need doing! (causes the steering wheel to shake at motorway speeds). When the TD04 kit was first fitted the starlet did have a BLITZ ECU which fueled the car at 1Bar of boost. Since the ECU was sold and replaced with a standard item, the boost has had to be turned down to 0.5Bar to ensure the safety of the engine. I would fully recommend the possible new owner gets a decent ECU and increases the boost back to 1Bar; you will be smiling ear to ear! Even at 0.5bar however the car still pulls very well! The car currently sits at 131,173KM which converts into 81,507Miles so for the cars age this is reletively low! I had to SORN the car due to the new laws regarding keeping cars taxed with no insurance and the MOT runs out at the end of this month (31st August). It has recently had an oil changed and literally been sitting in my garage so no miles done since then! I have collected all receipts and service history since owning the car however the previous owners before me only collected the odd bits. All of these documents will be handed over to the buyer.
