Been searching a good while now for an S15 and the past few months there were literally no good exmaples out there. Luckily an old wanted thread on S15OC got a reply and went to go and view the car the same week. I've never been so impressed with the condition of a car so a deposit was put down and the car collected as soon as possible. As for the Silvia, at the minute i haven't really got many plans for it other than to keep it in the condition it's in and to remove the stickers off the bodywork. May chase more power eventually but not going silly on this one. Will keep updates on here as they come

Could check my build thread for some extra info as well - http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=46524 -
Item Condition: The Starlet isn't perfect, it does have a few scratches in certain areas and a bit of paint damage just under the rear passanger window. The car has also developed a slight juddering problem when light on the throttle but clears when you put your foot down. This could be a simple fix but due to owning another car and being away from home a lot now, i don't have the time to get back and diagnose it. Overall though, the car has been a joy to own when on full boost and it would have defintely given the Silvia a good run for its money! I'm trying to be as honest as i can with the condition of the car so if you want to know anything else don't hesitate to ask! Price and price conditions: As the car stands with all parts included - £2600 Extra Info: LOOK A FEW COMMENTS DOWN FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. I haven't really owned this GT for as long as i wanted but due to me having to travel long distances on a regular basis soon, i want something a little more modern and comfortable. The car still reads in KMH with the clocks on about 120000 (will have to double check when im home). The car does need a decent ECU and mapping for it to come to life as its only running 0.5bar with a TD04 at the minute. I did have it running on a BLITZ ECU at 1bar which made over 210bhp; was a very very fun car to drive back then! If i don't get much interest i will go ahead and start selling parts off the car which i really don't want to do! Pictures: I will be getting a lot more pictures when im back for easter leave! Contact Details: Drop me a txt on: 07889266130 if you want to know anything else about the car. I wil try and check this thread as often as i can as well Location: Telford, West Mids

N80Jamie replied to N80Jamie's topic in EP80/EP82 Progress Blogs
Just completed my basic training for the navy so haven't been on here in a while! The car is spot on mate however.. it may be up for sale soon. I'm going to be travelling from Telford to Portsmouth on a regular basis from now on so tbh i want a more comfortable car! I think i might try and sell the car as a whole to start off with, unsure on price yet.. If i get no luck then i'll have to break her, which i really dont have the time to do! I will be putting up a sale's thread soon enough but if anyones interested before hand then let me know -
Welcome!

Aahhhh i know which one it is now! I had my Glanza when this came up for sale. I remember wanting to get rid of mine to replace it with this! Look after her dude, you've got a minter!
-
Might sound silly but are you sure its not just the cold weather + rain? I know due to my exhaust being angled up, every time it rains i get a pool of water in the backbox which creates white smoke for a good 10 minutes then clears up. Suppose that doesn't answer why your only getting smoke on high revs though.. Just keep an eye on your coolent levels mate.
-
Just keep an eye on the smoke and check oil/ water levels frequently to see if they're dropping. Usually worn turbo oil seals will chuck out a load of smoke when your idling after a drive. That's what happened with my old hybrid ct9 anyway!
-
Great example mate, wish something like this came up when i first looked for a starlet!

Very easy on the eye When you planning to get everything sorted and back on the road? EDIT: The 'easy on the eye' bit was ment for the turbo kit but you posted hoses before i posted this comment. Just letting everyone know i don't have a fetish for rad hoses.. lol- 1322 replies

Aaahh i see, my bad lol. I had an HDI core on my glanza, the original mounts were all broke though so attempted to make some from ally i bought from B&Q. Turns out the ally was to thin so didn't really do its job under the intercooler. Tbh though, as long as the side mounts are good, you shouldnt have a problem.
-
Should be 2 holes underneath the intecooler which will sort your mounts for underneath
-
Sod that mate just get a second hand one! Cost anywhere from £20-£60! Cheap as chips

I'm toying with the idea of getting rid of my TOMS spoiler and replacing it with a Livesports style one. I bought the spoiler, skirts and spats from the same member and they were all original TOMS parts. The spoiler is a little harder to make out as it doesn't have a TOMS stamp on it. From speaking to others who have this spoiler, i'mn fairly sure they weren't stamped in the first place. Im fairly sure it's an original piece however i'd like to know for certain (if possible) before i think about selling it on!

Good effort!
