I didnt no you didnt have a FCD on yours. Okay guess i will just try it see what happens, do you have a boost controller installed?

Hi guys, im going to be fitting a FMIC in a couple of days time just wondering if it will hit fuel cut? Car is currently standard with only a bov and de-ristricted. If it will hit fuel cut what am i needing other than FCD? im not up-ing the boost till I've done everything else and got the new turbo and manifold on.

A lad who sold me his glanza told me a guy with a white clio 182 offered him a swap but he found out it had been in a crash so if you do best checking first. As for the clios i owned a 172 for 2years more or less the same as a 182 bar the alloys, twin exhaust. Awesome cars i think for something french pulled well and handled like it was on rails. The only things that went on mine was exhaust rusted and snapped, other things that went were just wear and tear really but mechanically was perfect, if you do get one theres a company called BTM performance in bham i used him a lot and did brillia

Hi guys, right I've had this loud squeel coming from the engine area since i got the car. I've had the head checked over and manifold no cracks. I just took my baileys dump valve off and put standard back on and this has reduced the squeel by quite some margin but its still there around the 5,5k mark. So i was wondering is it a possibility the squeel is a boost leak? I've noticed a few cracks around the ruber pipe that connects to the dump valve. Any help would be very appreciated

I dont think there is a colour thats not done to death ;) atm its got black alloys which i dont no what they are haha. But the guy is spraying them with a gold undercoat. Its hard to explain dont sound bad just a loud tapping noise once warm, and the squeel noise. Also is there a guide on here that shows the stages needed to go TD04?

Well gona go down garage tomoz to get it all inspected to check everything is okay see what they find. Should have pics up tomoz haha!

Thats another thing I've noticed, loud tapping noise from the head that normal or something lose? dont sound like tappets, sounds louder and gets louder when warm.

Going to get some pics up tomoz when its clean or maybe the weekend as im getting the alloys sprayed candy red as for this squeel it doesnt sound belt squeel more like a high pitch squeel. I checked the manifold and the gaskets did look crap but i didnt check the head. Does it cost a lot if it is the head?

Hi guys, right after nearly a year of finding a perfect glanza v/starlet GT i found one! its a 1999 glanza v on 128km with the help of a lad on here RusselH who checked the car out for me which was located in glasgow, with the all clear from him i headed up saturday and collected it and couldnt stop smiling all the way home. Now its perfect bar the alloys which need respraying and a few niggly things, but when accelarating past 5krpm i get a loud squeel from the engine bay, I've checked the manifold for cracks but cant see anything dont no what else it could be? Also im wanting to start modd

The guy said it was okay to have someone come round and check it out, but if people feel its wrong to do so remove the adress of the street.
