Yeah, it was a dude in the back of a van... on the prom so as you can imagine its bloody long road.. I think it now depends on what range he had the camera set up for... if he was set up for a long distance, he got me doing like 50 Lol. But luckily for me, this time, there is like a dent in the road where some pipework was updated not too far from where he was , and i know where that is so i have to slow down alot to get over that alright. i guess ill find out in 2 weeks!! :/

I pick my mate up for work at 7.30 in a morning and when i got there today there was no answer and he didnt answer his phone, but i waited 10 mins for him. By this point i thought im gonna be late for work so i best shoot. I get 15mins pay deducted if im 3 mins or more late. So i put my toe down a little and only at the last minute saw a mobile speed cam van thing... Im about 80% sure he got me. Pissed :@ big time, i wanted a nice clean license, doesnt look like thats gonna happen. Just fingers crossed i stuck the anchors on early enough.

Was on my way to work down the prom near the gynn square and i just caught a glimpse of a starlet in a hotel front car park, just behind a little wall. Couldnt see what it was, all i saw was a fast glimpse of the front end and then the spoiler as i went past it. I could be wrong but it looked like a 98. I went back later after work around 5.30 and it wasnt there Anyone on here?

Cheers Mate, trying to keep it all original for now. Its running almost standard too.. Ill start some of the basics soon as i get back off hols like : Mani, FMIC, Acutator etc.

I dont post many pics on here, mainly cause ive not done much with the car since i got it due to lack of funds with booking a holday etc but heres a few after a was down with Autoglym. The marks on the rear bumper have now been sanded, re-sprayed and waxed.

Yep same skint situation. One minuite i was going, then the next i check the bank and im not!! GREAT.

So the previous owner had a aftermarket ECU in the car (Blitz I think?) and took that out when selling the car. Replaced it with the standard ECU. Turbo seems a little laggy. Is there a way of like re-setting the standard ECU again or what can i do to solve the issue? Its still boosting fine at .6 it just seems to be a little laggy.

Same way mate, got a new job within the business and i start at 8am.. plus sides are that i get weekends off now xD. Im always out and about tho, Just been doing abit of work on the car, spraying the back bumper, having the OEM Glanza wheels refurbed etc. You guys from blackpool should post some pics up of your cars in here so i know whos who when i see you haha.. i feel like a right tit when i see you im like haha. So most of my savings have just been splashed on a holiday this year but as of now im looking at spending a little on my V. Only slight mods are: Lowered on Tein Springs Boost Gauge Turbo Timer HKS SSQV 3 BOV Blitz Nur Spec Cat Back Exhaust Bit of advice guys? Still learning my way around these awesome cars! P.s Running a standard set up, whats a safe boost to run at?
