Ahh thank god for that I have what I think is called power drain and a weird noise from the alternator, when I have stereo, lights, wipers and heaters on my alternator wines turn a few things off and it stop! Done some research on here and it seems like I need to replace it When I use my windows the lights dip and so do my revs :-/ I replaced the battery this evening for a brand new Bosch s4 and it still does it James

That's ok then I currently have an infinity cat back il have to go back and get a decat pipe made and match it all up James

I know that raffa_mk has a corolla mani for sale but I'd love to buy an obx or similar, I've seen them on rob bowers na, LukeH, motion's na's Anyone know where il be able to buy one ? eBay sell obx for 110 then 100 for postage not inc import charges so would work out mega money Cheers James

When I did mine I used 18mm MDF it's slightly heavy but tbh it's rock solid and Can't complain anything from 8mm up should be good depending on what's sitting on it James

As for a template I used the boot carpet to draw around for mine and it sits ontop of the plastic trim in the boot James
