  2. hello mate thanks for the reply, i bought a head kit from camskill and it doesn`t have any dizzy seals, i`m not sure but from what I've`e read there are two seals for the dizzy one being internal and the other is on the shaft that conects to the cam, there is also a little round cap on the left side of the head by the inlet cam that i want to replace aswell as it`s looking tired, hope this makes sense.
  3. I currently have d2 adjustable coilovers on my glanza which were on the car when i bought it, i have the receipts in my paperwork and they have only been on the car about two years and have covered very little miles, Since pulling the car out of winter storage in my mates garage i have noticed my front suspension is leaking a bit on both sides at the front, Are these servicable or fixable because i don`t fancy buying a new suspension setup? Thanks in advance.
  4. is there anyone on here who can supply these for my glanza? i also need the little plastic end cap on the left side of the inlet cam? i`m dying to get it back on the road now so any help appreciated.
  5. interested in this mate, how loud is it though?
  6. just bought a head gasket kit from camskill and was hoping it would come with everything i needed, it hasn`t come with the little cap on the end of the inlet cam, also the small o-ring for the dizzy, is this normal? there is also a couple of seals that i don`t recognise as ive never stripped the head off before, there`s a round green paper seal with two strips of metal going round the inside and one round the outside, there is a rubber o-ring roughly about 2 inch in diameter also if anyone could help me out as to where they go it would be very helpfull, oh and what looks like half a rocker c
  7. cheers mate, thats a lot of money just for one seal!
  8. Hello, i`ve started work on my glanza now and need to get it ready for some mods as its pretty much standard at the moment, I`ve noticed a coule of small oil leaks, I`ve located one of them so far (cam seals), I thought the other was leaking from the oil filter but when i stripped the air con out and took the filter off and it looked like it was coming from somewhere above that, i didnt have much time to get an in depth look as it was getting dark by then, (any ideas?), Anyway my question is does any one know where i can get some good quality engine seals from or is it best to get them from
  9. no mate it idle`s fine, not lumpy at all, it might be a bit low, what rpm do they like to idle at so i can double check. thank, Liam.
  10. has this happened to anyone else on here, not sure if i`m in the right section. i`ve only owned my first glanza for a few months so still have a lot to learn about them, my steering wheel shakes quite badly on idle, not sure what it could be, any help appreciated, thanks, Liam.

  14. hello, i`m very new to glanza`s and this site, i wanted to keep my glanza fairly standard untill today when i found 2 td04 turbo`s just sitting around in my work shop, these are off a mitsubishi shogun i think and i would really like to put one on my glanza if I've`e got the right turbo`s that is ;) , ive been searching and reading up on threads on this site for a few days and have found some good info, but club g40 is a lot smaller than this site and have got cofused a few times.
  15. hello, i`m new to this forum and to starlet glanza`s I've`e just got rid of my highly specced polo g40 and replaced it with one of these ;) . the first thing i noticed about it was how good it stops compared to my polo. thanks, liam.
