I've lapped in valves loads of times by hand its a cunt of a job but has to done, if u get good at it 5min to 10min per valve should do it, use the corse paste first then the fine stuff, u will see a good even shine all the way round the valve seat when done, its an idea to check them with petrol when fitted as wel,

I noticed after hard drive my intercooler pipe attached to inlet manifold actually gets pretty hot defeating the purpose of the intercooler, I know the inlet will heat up after hard drive but has anyone done anything to try keep temperature down in this area, bottom rad pipe is close to pipe to that isn't good idea,

  3. What way are people settings up there damping settings on coilovers? Should it be harder on front or rear.

    I had mine at softest all round,

    I use may car as daily, (fast daily) lol

    I found the back of my car stepping out at high speeds coming out of corners, I'v a kazz lsd so I'm keeping the power on to straighten the car, only other suspension mod is a rear panard rod,

    I plan to invest in suspension parts next what is recommended most for road but some track days, rear anti roll bar and anti lift kit I was thinking first, I have good tyres

  4. Can u still get 110% discs and Ferodo pads to fit OEM calipers?

    Or pads to fit levin twin pots, I'm in two minds what brake set up to go for its hard to get decent pads for the twin pots

  5. Where are people getting there oil pressure from, I have the sender for my guage but I want to use a braided hose with a tee piece I can't find one anywhere to suit the thread of our oil pressure sensor
