I've recently bought a race spec rocker cover and I want to remove the baffle to make sure it's completely clean before fitting.. Can the baffle be removed? If so, how? Thanks Rob.

I don't know tbh, I will be removing it when I spray it so I will be making sure it's clean Rob.

Danny sold it to a lad in Grimsby who had it for a few months and then it was sold on pistonheads to a guy in Scotland who has used it as a track toy Rob.

Thanks For the Comments.. i got 16 seconds down pod with my 2nd syncro not letting me get into second i really like my interior at the min, its definitely getting there I would swap as lew is no longer wanting to swap but its a bit of a mess around with posting etc since your not exactly on my door step Rob.
