We'll no one guessed correctly but there was Banbury Glanza ar 427 haha !
The car was finished @2.3bar 428bhp BUT we lifted the head clean off the block, so she wasn't pushed anymore for now, the head is coming off to give the head a skim and new head gasket to be fitted and then pushed even more !
She is having a big problem with grip, spinning up on the dyno in 4th gear !!!!
I will post the dyno graph once Ricky sends it over but Hello UK NO.1

We'll it's the big day on Monday, the car is finished and I'll be off to pick the little money grabbing slut up and start getting her road worthy !

I was up at race tech on Friday mate and she was on the dyno looking forward to seeing your figures as sounds like me and you have got similar builds mate what management you running?

Well small update is well over due, had a few small issues this last couple of weeks but nothing that wasn't easily sorted !
The major issue was the 38mm tail wastegate not being able to handle 2+bar of boost and so it's was creeping about 8-10psi !!
so the old collector was cut off and a new 46mm diamter one was welded in place then a turbo smart 44mm wastegate was bolted on along with a new screamer pipe sorting the issue out for good.
The car has Been mapped so far to 2.15bar and has produced not a bad result, the rest of the mapping with be done tomorrow once a small boost leak has been sorted.
Another note is I picked up a gt lsd box with a cusco diff so should help with a little bit of grip

bet though if you were staring at 6months to break and sell your car in parts and undo all the work you've done and answer 10billion messages from folk wanting you turbo for half the advertised price?
then you'd be right to consider any offer thats half reasonable, id say 8k in your hand zero hassle would be sorely tempting (obviously bearing in mind you would have to come to a point where you want rid)

Pretty good view that is from Phil, my turbo kit and engine is more than 5k alone so I wouldn't even consider less than 10k !
It would be broke more than likely as that's where the most Money could be made

Yes dude she is nearly done, should have had her final MAP yesterday but Ricky got held up so I've been told she's going on the dyno Monday morning
I HAD spare cash until I bought a starlet haha, I work away a lot so don't get much time to spend so when I'm home I like to live life on the higher side shall we say lol

Not confirmed yet buddy but the target is set fairly high, I don't have any doubt about going past the 402 record though

They'll allow you to run beyond the stock rev limit, but as your running them what else would you need to know?

I dont im afraid dude, i know zisco ones where developed from cruise iirc. You still find cruise for sale now and then but they are crazy priced tbh. Tmd used to stock em so some one will have em on the shelf somewhere.
I've got them in my engine but trying to find out how tougher they are is proving a little challengeing !

You shouldnt realy need to do anythingbto them tbh. Can always talk to zisco another trader here they buil crazy hp drag sleds so they will shine more light on head specs if you need it. Im aiming at 300-350hp with oem retainers with cruise valve springs and will be uping the rpm to 8500 maybe more.
Shorty do you still have the specs of the cruise spring's ? What strength they are ? Anything will be more than I have now
