  1. Cheers guys! Be nice to see people about more locally!

Looks like the exhaust will arrive today josh then just gotta work out how to fit! :)

I got a friend to help, cut the feet off the starlet rails, unbolt the feet off the evo rails, weld starlet feet onto evo runners, we positioned it by bolting the cut off starlet feet into the car and lining the seat up from there :)

That's exactly how i plan on doing it. Cut/Weld cheapest way.

Did the front not line up? I read sometimes the front two evo/honda ones will go on its just the rear that will need welding. In other threads i read all 4. Doesn't really matter. But welding 2 instead of 4 is cheaper.

  3. Fucking sellers that screwed me on a boost controller, ignores every time I say refund and is 'contacting' the buyer they bought of first.

I ain't being funny!!! Deal with me first. THEN persue the seller.

  4. So remap update time.

Set off at 5pm to do the 250 mile trip to the Travelodge i had picked overnight. Had a easy drive up there no traffic. Arrived just gone 11pm. Cracked on with the Stella and naughty food. Me and my friend who came along got hammered watching the cube, and working out how we would "smash it" and win "big bucks" - God i was drunk. In a drunken state i also helped myself to over 50 towels that were shrink wraped in bunches of 10's out a box. - Safe to say im good for cleaning clothes for the next 3 years.

I arrived at TuningDevelopments, after stopping at a McDonalds for breakfast feeling rather jaded. I took a few snaps.

  6. Sorry guys!

I was driving 300 miles again today. My friends just bought a B18 VTI Aerodeck for a engine conversion so been pre occupied today.

I have a few videos and many pictures I'll do in a big update tomorrow.

    But...

It made 235.9 BHP and it's transformed the car.

I also had to replace the greedy as it boost spiked to 1.6bar on full boost then couldn't hold boost. More on that in the update!

    More to come :)

  7. Since the moment I joined UKSO I always thought I would end up taking my starlet a long way this time.

TD we're always there to offer help, support and guidance on things that had me stumped. Mike is always a phone call away, and happy to give you all the help he has to knowledge.

All parts I have bought have come ridiculously fast and well packaged and exactly what I was after.

I then took the plunge for emanage blue this Friday (7th March)

From the minute I got there had an hour chat with Mike whilst we stood and watched his mates supra get loaded, must've been awkward for the driver off the flatbed!!

Nick then ran the show. Fitting my EMB, up onto the rollers and them done the rest.

In the mean time i made my own tea at will. It felt like I've been there 5 times not once. I strolled about having a nose at the cars awaiting finishing and really enjoyed my stay. I felt welcome at all times and there both such nice guys!

Just want to say a big thank you to Mike and Nick.

    Lewis
