Thats why i wanna give the SSQV a whirl, or just make it chatter! Undecided!!

When i done the baileys, idle was insane, and it kept stalling etc. But, my friend with a S14 runs a SSQV without any troubles... So i dont understand... People "pidgeon mod" these which is basically blocking everything off and making it chatter. Tempted to have a go at that tonight.

Its a MASSIVE possibility.. It needs 11 wires to be pin swapped and it'll run!!!! Respray first though. It looks horrendous as it is!

A litltle update; So after i bought.. 3" Downpipe 3" Decat 3" Exhaust I was basically time to fit... During... Wasn't too bad. I still have a blow coming from my manifold to turbo. But, if i get ahold of the horsham developments one im looking at i'll swap the gaskets etc over when that gets changed! After endlessly looking for an S14a wing to replace my fubbered one, i failed. So after umming & awrring over what to do. In the end i decided on some vented front wings. I understand they'll need slight prep and modification to fit. But, since the car will be in the body

Appreciate the comments lads. Unfortunately, im more than happy to drive it around as is currently. However, the father has given me an ultimatium. The driveway is no longer mine, i have to park it in the next street, and i have 2 months to move out if i dont spray it! - (Personally he loves it and just wants it looking awsome).. Had another rain experience last night, and suprisingly it was very very tame, i just was gentle with the thing to be honest. It looks like the spray may be delayed anyway as im having issues sourcing a replacment wing! I can find a S14 wing no worries. Finding

It's a beast! Well a small update. I fitted a baileys dump valve yesterday. Well, it destroyed the drive ability. Stalling, bogging, ruff idle, no power! - basically the baileys was knackered. Put the standard recirc valve and hey presto. Perfect running again. Had a small spending spree, 3" Downpipe 3" Decat 3" Catback Induction kit & adapter plate That'll be all on next week/end with abit of luck. I also had my first 'raining' experience last night. Casually driving, 3rd gear. Tapped the throttle as I was doing 20mph on a roundabout. Tail went and I completely done a 180!! Turne

Bump. Reduced price as i personally thought it was a tad high. It also has a 0.6bar spring meaning you can low boost @ 0.6 and use your manual/elecontric boost controller to go higher. I ran this at 1bar on high and the gate held perfectly.

So unfortunately i sold the car. A lad local offered me £3800, and with my turbosmart wastegate i can sell on for £200+ the car returned me over £4000 which i cant grumble. I mad a loss of just over £1000 including buying/tuning. I had my fun, but it was time to move on. The offer was too good to refuse. I love this forum, the members and the invaluable knowledge I've gained. I will most certainly return at some point. I've moved onto to wanting somthing RWD, and i think a Silvia S14a is the next port of call. I'll most likely make a thread on here! Thanks for everything
