if i push the slave cylinder in fluid comes out the bleed nipple but using pedal does nothing

any more ideas

ive checked that one idrees and its nice and tight and thers no fluid coming through at all ive done it the usual way with pedal and bleed nipple tried using pedal and fork together and tried forcing fluid from the bled nipple to the resovoir, doing it this way the resovoir filled up and started overflowing but as soon as you go back to normal thers just no fluid movement

i've tried allsorts to bleed my clutch spent arround 2 hours doing it and still nothing could the cylinder on the bulk head be nakered ? or any ideas much appreciated cheers
