That's prity good like my car went from 139 bhp to 171 bhp at .9 bar but the dyno I had it checked on is knowin not to show the best figures when it comes to bhp.. but the car feels rapid with this on never hit the limiter once lol got scared when I was at 8.5k revs

Full hard if your hardcore and like chucking it into corners I turn the front down ten and the back down five for every day driving but even still that's quite a stiff set up but works for me
