Sounds like thermostat not a 100% but think they are the same as UK spec

Could be an air lock did u bleed the system when u changed the rad?

Intercooler pipe work any longer being a top mount?

Surely if you get the glanza carriers calipers are needed as well?

The calipers are the same the carrier brings the caliper further out to fit bigger disc

Only problem is a t25 to a t3 is quite a jump and you can see the collector has been made at the right angle and diameter for a t25. It can't be opened up to fit on the right flange as far as I can see![/quote

My powder coater informed me that the plastic piece in side The fuel tank (some sort of baffle for fuel pump ?) Could be a problem when it goes in the oven any one else had this or will it be fine ? Thanks

Check the thermo isn't stuck shut if it's not I'm sorry to say your head gasket has gone pressurising your coolant system with co2 get it sniff tested at a garage for 100% if it's gone.

Try the basics first changing raidaitor cap if no joy try replacing thermostat flush system fill with fresh water/coolent make sure there's no air in the system also

should not smoke at all on idel when warm ,Does it smoke when warm whilst driving/ boosting? Frm what your saying dont think so, if it smokes on idel when warm I'd say early signes of head gasket but as its not that bad when your boosting u cnt see it, possible signes of water getting in

If its white smokes on start up & then lessens when engine is warm its condensation, but if white smoke is not present when u start the car, but gets worse as the engine warms up I'd say head gasket
